5I like his garden iron ornaments very much, the quality is very good, cost-effective!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The candle products I purchased had actually been used and had chunks of candle wax all over them. The products were very poor quality. Dealing with the company to organise the return of these products was difficult, despite sending photos of the used product, they continued to deny anything was wrong with it. They finally agreed to refund the money if I returned it at my own expense. Postage of the product would cost more than the product itself. It felt like I was dealing with a company from the 1980's with no return policy. I can see that other customers have experienced the same issues, and wish I had read the reviews first.

A beautiful product (fire pit/ bird bath) but after only a few weeks the bowl which contains the water for the birds, which is painted in a rustic paint, started to peel paint off, revealing silver metal underneath and ruining the rustic look. I spoke to the company by phone and was advised to take photos and send an email. I did this. Instead of offering to replace the defective bowl they offered me $15 (I paid $180 for the item). I pointed out that they had a responsibility to replace the bowl. I have had several convoluted emails since, still offering me $15 or a replacement bowl with me paying postage to send it! I have reminded them of their responsibility and the Goods and Service Act. They suggested I paint the bowl myself ‘out of goodness’? This is is very difficult company to deal with if your item is defective. I just love the product but this has been a disappointing and frustrating experience. I will never buy from them again, and think future buyers should beware.
