I have bought many items from Lightweight Traveler in Brighton over the past 7 years. Their products are of a high standard and well resourced. A few weeks ago I bought a new light weight Osprey carry on case.
At no fault of Lightweight Traveler, it had a dodgy handle and the store immediately attended to the problem with utmost kindness, no fuss and went out of their way and above the call of excellent service in providing me with a new carry on case.
