Don't waste my time setting up a print job if you are not printing jobs. Why even offer it on your website?

Quite disappointed with the service received from this company. After a month of placing my order with the company, I still have not received it. I am not the one to write reviews and comment on peoples businesses but it needs to be shared so the company can improve their ways or other customers perhaps go somewhere else.

I had ordered a hoody and soft shell jacket with my logo on both.not a large order only 2 items. The ordering process was smooth and easy to pick items and add them to your cart with your logo etc.not faulting this part.

But, after multiple emails asking where my order is I got an email saying they that "due to an oversight in our production team, an extra medium size black fleecy hoodie was printed. We understand that this size may not have been included in your initial order, but we wanted to extend a special offer to you. If you are interested, we can offer you the medium size hoodie at a discounted price of $30. This is a significant discount from its original price and a great opportunity to add an extra hoodie to your collection. ".

I am sorry but if your production team print the logo on the wrong item, why should I be at a disadvantage from this.extremely unprofessional. Reprint it on the correct item that I originally ordered! I got an email to say my order is "has been sent to production and is scheduled to be dispatched 04.06.2023" but here we are nearly two weeks later and still no order. Will not be ordering from this company again!

Please DO NOT engage with them! This company has no idea how to run a business. I don't even know where to start, they took my full payment on 3rd of June 23, wasted almost 4 weeks with very poor customer service, they promise it will be completed within a week or max two. I have to ring almost everyday to follow-up on my order but no proper repones. I have to cancel my order, and how knows how long will it take to get my funds back. Very annoying and waste of my time.

Awful experience never got my items had to get refund. Customer service was below par. On hold for 30mins with no answer
No updates on item about my order. They blamed it on a system error when i was finally able to speak to someone.
Communication was not good at all. Not professional not fast turn around like advertising. I'd never recommend.

Great service, very knowledgeable. My last order was 2 years ago, the print quality is still as good as new

Great work done by Alison at lightning promotions her experience and knowledge always helped us to serve the purpose one of the best company in terms of quality and service in the industry.

After several emails back and forth, majority of my questions were never answered, I've waited over a week just for a quote. Glad I checked recent reviews to find the service isn't the best and I'll be going elsewhere.

I have had the worst experience ever. I ordered 9 shirts in January and have received none of the order after countless attempts. I will be pursuing a legal path to resolve this issue.

These guys had really great reviews and their initial customer service was very good, so I went ahead and placed an order of 76 polos. That was back in March.and we are still waiting for our order. Since we placed the order, customer service has been abominable. Nobody ever answers emails or the phone, it's almost impossible to speak to someone at the Lightning Promotions. I called last week after chasing up our order AGAIN (it was supposed to be dispatched mid-April and still hasn't arrived) and someone finally got back to me.though didn't have any information. She said they were moving warehouse, the order apparently had been completed, but she didn't know anything else. She was going to find out and get back to me that afternoon.five gold stars for guessing, nobody ever called back to let me know what was going on! That was a week ago and I still have no answers - we're now nearing the middle of June. I'm fed up with chasing these guys to get answers and really disappointed. We've paid for our order, but I'm not sure we're actually ever going to see it? I understand that people have been affected by COVID with sickness and product shortages and delays etc, but what is wrong with a little bit of COMMUNICATION? These guys really need to pick up their game. If I could give them 0 stars at this point I would.

The order never get updated.took almost 2 months
to just heat transfer our 8 uniforms (yes just 8 uniforms) and hence we have to keep email and call them to chase.
Plus emailed us to pick up the uniform and when one of us reach there, the lady said the uniform not ready.wasting time and effort.

Overall this is the worst place to deal and make uniform, Never again.

Plus Their business hours is so bad as well. 11: 00 to 4 pm

Worst experience, deal was to done it with in a week and now its been 20 days. Don’t receive my calls and don’t reply my emails. Dont waste ur time and money go and get a real company who have at least a phone to contact.

We have used Lightning Promotions for many of our business printing needs - from instore decals, to team uniform printing to external building signage.
The team have been incredibly pleasant to deal with and I could not fault their customer service!
The quality of the printing is second to none, and the service was delivered to us much quicker than we could have ever expected.
We will absolutely continue to use Lightning Promotions for all of our printing needs! Could not be happier:)
