Light Space Yoga

The studio and teachers are wonderful! They have a range of classes to suit everyone. Having just recently started taking yoga classes I am surprised at the level of calm achieved during the classes and how that spills accross into everyday life.

Great teachers and a time table that offers plenty of opportunities to learn and practice. The studio at Mitcham is a vibe. Love this place.

From start to finish Isabelle's classes flow with a calm thoughtful energy. She is so skilled in balancing the core strengthening work with the yoga; adding modified options to challenge but also to take rest and ease off if needed. Classes are suited to all levels, each one delivered with grace and kindness.

I have loved going back to yoga by joining LSY in Balwyn. The slow flow class on a Tuesday is just wonderful and the instructor so knowledgeable and gentle. I look forward to being a regular yogi and increasing from one to two and more classes in the future! Thank you so very much!

The Light Space Yoga Studio in Ivanhoe is just a short drive from Rosanna for me and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the teachers and lessons or the awesome space for my yoga practice

Love the peace that brings me each session. In the space of three weeks or so, I noticed a greater flexibility to my ageing body. At first I couldn't do basic poses but getting better with time.

Such a gorgeous studio, teachers are gentle but offer challenges of students want them. They hold space exquisitely for all who are there

I like the different learning experiences with the various instructors. All of them are great communicators. The natural light that comes through the room gives it a nice vibe!

Light Space feels like home. I have been to many different studios around Melbourne and Light Space is by far my favourite. Such beautiful, knowledgable teachers and a friendly community. I’ve never encountered a studio with such a broad timetable whilst still being extremely accessible. Light Space is pure love and I cherish every class I attend ️

I've been going to this studio regularly for about a year now and I have to say that it's not only beautiful but they have amazing instructors! Their quality in the way they teach is exceptional. Doesn't matter if you're here for Vinyasa with Bobby or Christy or a nice Slow Flow with Ting or Dina, you will experience a great class. I would definitely recommend coming here for yoga.
