Great products at a very reasonable price and even better customer service. I ordered lights through this company and unfortunately one light had a broken cover. I rang the company and they sent a new light out to me straight away. Couldn't be happier, would recommend this place to anyone:)

Got some new replacement lights for my apartment, apparently they don't make this type anymore but was easy to find a new version to replace them. Fast shipping + new bulbs work great.

Terrible experience. Ordered online, waited for 10 days, no follow up email re distribution. A number of phone calls where it was promised the items would be sent next day until eventually told they were waiting for stock. Advised to cancel the order and refund my money and told I had to speak with a different person, they’d call me. So next day I have to ring and am told that order had been sent that day. Items arrive, one of the two bulbs broken and honestly I couldn’t be bothered following up as these people are hopeless at communicating and/or returning calls. Just don’t bother online - perhaps they are better in store?

Lights never arrived from courier. But great news - was told I could come in to the store and pick up some free replacements. Take the afternoon off work (since not open on weekends) but told out of stock. But great news - owner says they will order them in for me. But after that I hear nothing and owner won't return emails any more. Previous purchases went OK but that's the last sale they get from me.

Disappointing when you ring to see if they have stock and they say they do, then you arrive and wait 20 minutes to find they don’t

Went in to buy an oven globe. Aladdin's Cave or The Tardis have nothing on this shop - friendly service (I had a good chat), a large product range and great prices! This is one Oz business that deserves your support.

They have the best quality Philips LED down lights in cheapest cost in whole melbourne. I wanted to change lights to LED down lights, and they have got all kinds of bulbs and energy lights I was looking for. Liked their service as well.

The LED lights are very good quality, much better than I have obtained previously from mainstream retail stores. I really like the illumination that they give to our beach house - it had previously always felt a bit dark inside. The lights arrived promptly, and were well packaged. When installed, one of them was emanating a slight buzz - I contacted Light Store Online, and a replacement light was promptly organised and at no cost to me. That new one has been perfect. I will have no hesitation buying from them again, and/or recommending them to friends.

Best prices, mostly selling on wholesale rates to retail and store customers. Some of the philips and nelson globes I found much cheaper than bunnings which is around the corner. Very old shop with lots of varieties

Service is excellent, range is excellent and prices too, got Philips LED downlights for a 3rd of the price Bunnings sell them for, and they even had tubes for my aquariums.
I was a walk in customer, but they seem to have a good website to do everything online.
