Where to begin? If I could give 10 stars, I would.

There's this saying - "you get what you pay for". Not so with Light Media. You get way, way more than what you pay for!

Adriana and her team were there for me and my business from the minute I sent an enquiry, and this at pretty well any time of day.

I tasked Light Media with a complete redesign of my business website. The result absolutely exceeds my expectations - and then some!

The team sat together to actually listen to what I wanted and then provided me with a detailed and fair quote. There was no hard push to accept, nor to upgrade to a more expensive option.

A little later, I had the first wireframe designs sent to me, and what I saw confirmed that this company was the correct choice. A few months later, our new website launched and the results are unbelievable. It looks exactly like I always wanted it to look.

This company does everything they can to make you 100% happy. They never complained about my many questions, my many changes - including the petty ones - and my limited knowledge of what went on behind the scenes.

Adriana is the most incredible project manager/business manager I have ever worked with. She will reply to your emails at pretty much any time of day, sometimes as late as 11pm at night, and does so almost immediately. Secretly, I don't think she sleeps ;-)

Adriana's IT team are unbelievably dedicated. We ran into a few teething issues when the website launched, and the team simply decided to work through the night to fix whatever was causing these issues. When I woke up the next day, everything was working the way it should and has done so ever since.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and I certainly look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you so much for what you have done for my small business, it makes a world of difference.

I had Light Media do a 3D rendering image of a bathroom scene showcasing an upcoming product of ours. The result was beyond my expectations, seriously! I had an initial image/direction in mind and they used the idea and made it far better than I could of come up with. The ease of process that Jeff and the team provided was exactly what I needed as this was the first time I have had 3D rendering done. I have had endless comments on how good the render looks, both in the architecture and how real it is. My favourite of which was "this looks like it's come straight out of Vogue Living"
