Been visiting Lifeway Physio because of my sports injury for the last 8 weeks. I love how Ying broke down my recovery plan into different levels and showed me ways to improve properly. Progressing from one step to another came naturally and it all makes sense how each exercise/ treatment is targeted to get to the next step. I couldn’t have done this sort of recovery at home. Appreciate the service Ying!

Ying helped me get mobile again after I went to see her a few weeks after my ankle fracture. The exercises catered to what I needed and were different every week, from stretching to strengthen to balance. All the staff there are friendly and curteous too.

The entire team at Lifeway Physio are so caring and passionate on assisting their clients. Although I'm only halfway with my GLAD program, l can feel real improvement in my pain management. If you're looking for someone to help you with any physio requirements, give the team a go.

My choice to go to Lifeway was purely on my ability to walk there due to my shoulder dislocation and greater tuberosity fracture which meant I couldn’t drive. It was the best decision. Ying’s patience and care from the beginning of my rehab process to the end was unmatched. Ying was creative in different ways to initiate nerve damage repair to my hand and fine motor skills. Ying was able to push me past my boundaries to ensure my full range of motion returned with a variety of exercises that could be done with household items. I am so grateful for the continued care I received, never feeling rushed, communication lines kept open and good availability of appointments. I could not recommend Lifeway Physio more highly. I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic it is very clean and the staff are so caring and professional.
I have rheumatoid arthritis wich is very painful but with the program of exercise and massage they have made for me has really helped me cope so much better it has change my quality of life special thanks to Nidhi

Very good support by staff & help when required. Massage therapy & physiotherapy is very satisfying. Staff understand your problems & have no trouble in setting the right time to see you. Also if you cannot make physio for any reason they accept that & do everything possible do set you a new time. Thanks for all the help my back problems have improved!

Not only do they provide amazing treatment while you're there, but they also prepare personalised, targeted stretches and exercises, which I have found to be incredibly beneficial in helping manage my pain. Fiona and the team are extremely knowledgable. I can't recommend them enough.
