I'm always cautious about purchasing online but DJ has been super helpful from the beginning with the purchase of a table for our meeting room. We had a small issue with the top, but this was resolved satisfactorily. Would definitely recommend this company.

Was after a specific buffet which I had found on (another) online retailer who we had used previously. However, when trying to place the order their system wouldn’t let it be processed. Turned out that the buffet was too heavy for a single delivery driver to deliver to my area, it was a”two man job” and “they didn’t use a two-man delivery” in my area.

So I went searching online to see if anyone else sold that particular buffet. That’s when I discovered Lifestyle Furniture! They had the exact same buffet, but with a different name, it’s the Irvin Buffet. (All the photos & dimensions were the same as on the other site.) The price at Lifestyle Furniture was also less than the other mob, once the delivery fee of $130 was added, it was around the same.
So of course we ordered the Irvin Buffet from Lifestyle Furniture. It looks great!
Now do we buy the matching Irvin Entertainment Unit? Hmmm…

Our only issue was the deliverer damaged a sensor on our front gates when he brought the buffet in. Which we are having repaired, as the electronic gates won’t close without a working sensor.

The customer service is one of the very best. I recommend them 200%! Tyson went over and above trying to help me, thank you so so much Tyson, again…I so appreciate your efforts, the table is very loved.

Had the pleasure of buying from Lifestyle Furniture recently. Mark was extremely easy to deal with and although already one of the cheapest on line, he still offered me a better price. It's not often that you get to deal directly with the owner of the store, and Mark even followed up outside business hours to respond to a query I had. Great prices, awesome customer service and really nice people to deal with- explains why they have been around for 30 years!

The service I received was second to none. I live interstate so didn't have the pleasure of visiting Mark's showroom. I just happened to stumble across the Lifestyle Furniture website on my search for a certain dining chair. I'm glad I did because LF's price was half that of everywhere online.
My chairs arrived in perfect condition and were exactly as shown/described on the website.
I'll be keeping an eye on the LF website from now on. I can't fault LF - 10/10 for customer service, 10/10 for value and 10/10 for the product. I'm not sure I've been able to say that before.

A really disappointing experience……. Ive dealt with this company previously…. This time soooo disappointing. Over priced for products that are not finished properly. Repeated requests to fix terrible issues with poor response. Still waiting a year later ……… anyone who wishes to see overpriced products that are badly finished feel free to contact me for pictures.

Mark and the team at Lifestyle Furniture dazzled us with good old fashioned customer service. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We were about to purchase a number of items from a competing retailer and were lied to and sent on a wild goose chase in their effort to secure a commission. Needless to say, we walked away. After making a complaint to the manufacturer of the furniture, they recommended we speak to Mark at Lifestyle Furniture. The sincerity and desire to assist was astounding. Mark organised the stock, checked in with us regularly and even arranged multiple photos of the actual items as during Covid lockdowns, we could not view the furniture in the warehouse. The team bent over backwards to make our buying experience a joy. There are many furniture retailers to choose from out there but if you are after genuine, truthful advice and wish to avoid the high pressure sales tactics, I strongly recommend a trip to Lifestyle Furniture - Mark and his team will ensure that your buying experience is top notch. Cannot recommend this store and it's staff highly enough. From the first time we walked in for a look, and then back to purchase, the process was very professional. Spent a couple of hours deciding on the peices we wanted without any sales pressure, but when questioned, were provided information regarding the different items displayed. Furniture arrived a couple of weeks ago and the quality is exceptional. It looks great. Thanks to Mark and his team and would highly recommend any purchase from Lifestyle Furniture.

I have bought from this store on two occasions, I found the owner to be most helpful in tweaking the furniture design to suit our requests. The furniture that arrived on both occasions was built to high standards and Australian hardwood. We will be back for more furniture. Thanks Mark and the Team
