5Lived here for 12 yes upkeep could be better we pay high rent some of the cottages are not looked after
My in-laws moved in here recently. Looks nice, real community feel and the amenities are excellent
Had a really good night with music & dance, with the organized Elvis show.
Over 55's living, own our home but lease the land for 99 years, fortnightly maintenance fee is over $400 a fortnight but as our home comes under the caravan act (it is transpoetable) we get rent assistance. Great Facility's and you can make wonderful friends, mind you, there are some tosses here as well, but, on the whole we are very happy here
Facilities are clean and presentable. Needs more parking spaces however, there is no on street parking available and only a very small amount of parking available for visitors. Visitors are also not permitted to park in front of the homes in this estate so it leaves very limited options. Otherwise a nice quiet residential space.
