I have been working with Lydia Di Fiori for several months now and she is a brilliant Dietitian. She has literally been my rock- week in, week out through what has been a challenging year for me in recovery and working towards my mental and physical health goals. She is always encouraging, friendly, supportive and non-judgemental and has been there to help me in-person as well as via telehealth video consult when I can't come in and when I was travelling. Lydia is extremely knowledgeable and has provided me with many helpful suggestions and plans that have helped improve my health, my mindset and my self confidence. I have a lot of work ahead but I am establishing much healthier eating and exercise habits, as well as becoming aware of the importance of regular meals, planning and routine. I can't recommend Lydia enough and the team of reception staff are also always very friendly and responsive- in person, over the phone and via email. Refreshingly positive health advice. I have been very lucky to access the wisdom do Dr Lee and his admin team. Just consider the name ‘lifestyle breakthrough’ - I dont know of many medical establishments that name themselves so openly.

After a year under Dr Gowri, doing exactly as I was told, given medication which cost a ridiculous amount, I have hardly no results. Dr Gowrie promised the world, on my second last visit she told me there was a new med I could take for my diabetes which would help with weight loss. On my last appointment she refused to give it to me, she had me in tears, promised to consult other doctors to work out a plan and to rebook me. Over 2 months later and I have heard nothing, I think she put me in the to hard basket. If that was the case just be honest from the start, I would have respected that. She is just after the money I think. She hasn't done much for my mental health either, the way I have been treated has pushed me to the edge.
