Popped in to get some information on a fish that isn't doing well.

2 different staff here guaranteed me a beta fish would live harmoniously with neon Tetra fish. They told us what food to buy. Turned out to be wrong food - had to go elsewhere to find out the food was in fact not even for beta fish.
The beta fish ate 5 tetra fish in 48 hrs. No refund offered and they told us when I called to inquire, that it’s in fact a 50% chance the beta would eat the others. So they went back on their initial word.well stocked and lots of tanks to choose from. Lots of fish for sale. Restocking each week.
I brought a fighter fish tank and accessories here along with my fighter fish.

Unparalleled customer service and staff knowledge. Leagues above every other fish store we’ve bought from, truly passionate and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Special shout out to the member of staff (who’s name has slipped my mind) with the beard, tattoos and great sense of humour for devoting so much time to help me save my tank!

Very disapointed, very inexperienced staff that don't know there fish. Got told 1 price at the tank as a standard. Then when I got to the counter after waiting was told they were the much more expensive one! Very poor customer experience

High variety of tanks, hardscape material and large range of pump/filters. Lots of species of fish, coral, and strange ones like stringrays and eels! The coral displays and growing tanks are out of this world. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and not pushy, which was refreshing. They clearly work here because they love it and want others to get joy from it also, not to just sell products. Only downside there was a lot of stock in that front area which looked a bit messy but I think they just had a delivery, silver lining was heaps of stock to choose from!

Went in here for a quick visit to buy a new heater for my betta and was amazed at how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was across all the details of setting up a new tank. Thanks very much lifestyle aquariums, I’ll be back!

Great local aquarium. Good range of fish, and some reptiles. Aquariums and accessories. Fish/reptile food and supplements. Water treatments. Tank decorations. Really friendly and helpful staff. Always a pleasurable visit.

I have been here 1000 times and I think it is time to write a review to thank the team for always being so pleasant and helpful. I always feel valued when in the shop and they make me feel like they genuinely care about my needs and my fish. I don't know how you do it every time. Everyone in the team is lovely and kudos to all:) I have aquariums closer to home but would choose you every time for making me feel like family!

Everything was worth it a 16 year old served me he really knew what he was talking about and he was really honest to me. This shop is amazing they have way better attention than other shop thank you so much lifestyle aquarium team for letting me have this cool experience

I've been going to this place for a while and today I was asked to leave because I didn't have my vax certificate but the guy didn't Evan give me time to explain why my myGov and Medicare havnt been linked yet but either way double vaccination isn't required to enter shops anymore you should keep abit more updated

What to say apart from nothing short of INCREDIBLE, this is a store which oozes professional customer service and will do what is right rather than sell something to spin a profit. The quality they possess and knowledge they use to help the customer is beautiful. Guys thanks so much for helping with everything from choice to set up to the cycle. Staff here are really friendly, and their prices are great. All the fish look well taken care of.
