Paul and the team are excellent. The reception team are always polite, kind, patient and understanding of issues. They try their hardest to make sure I get to see the physio of my choice at the time that suits me. Paul has helped with shoulder rehabilitation post surgery and now I'm back to where I should be. From 2019 ; for post shoulder surgery rehab; back pain; knee discomfort: Physio ANDREW BIRRELL was spot on with techniuqes & simple daily routines ; Shoulder & Back 100% recovery. Knee being maintained without surgery. Great reception table too.

I have been seeing Paul for a while now and he is a fantastic physio, who truly cares about helping his patients. He listens and then makes recommendations according to your individual needs, not a one size fits all approach and without presuming he knows your body better than you do. His explanations are easy to follow and he has the ability to break exercises down into the smallest of components and then adjust them based on your feedback. His calm demeanor always makes me feel comfortable and he always has time to answer all of my questions.

My rehab is not straightforward, with multiple confounding factors, but Paul’s ability to problem solve what will work best for me has helped me tremendously. Since working with him I have experienced a reduction in my pain as well as an increase in my strength and mobility, making everyday functioning so much easier. I am truly grateful for how much he has helped me.

I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. I saw Paul several years ago when I could not even bend over to put on my shoes. Within 4 visits I was back running and enjoying life again. He is simply brilliant! Recently I damaged a spinal disk lifting boxes in a hurry and could not bend without excruciating pain. After 4 visits Paul had my back fixed and sent me off with some muscle and back strengthening exercises. Again, I cannot recommend Paul highly enough.

Very rudely behaved and unprofessional reception. Also the physio was more worried about the next appointment rather than pay necessary attention to the current one. Just wasted money. Disappointing

Very professional, Paul understands that any injury is not a "one size fits all" treatment. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off, exercises prescribed are designed clearly. I recommend LifeCare to all my friends, my family also comes here when needing to.

With one visit with Laura I got more information and insight in to my issues than with a series of treatments at another nearby physio clinic with a senior physio.
The visit was only booked in as I needed a short notice appointment and my usual place didn’t have any appointments.

With chronic back pain as an 18 year old and trying what felt like hundreds of different practitioners and medications, I had minimal hope that my pain would ever improve. But with only two sessions at Lifecare, I’m already feeling significant progress with my back pain and it’s allowing me to become a lot more active again and complete daily tasks that I wouldn’t have even been able to dream of doing a few months ago. The physios are extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and caring, and reception is warm and friendly. I’ll be recommending this clinic to anybody and everybody!
