Lifecare is a fantastic sports clinic. I mainly see Aiden Rich and have seen him for over 10 years. He has great knowledge and experience on many sports physio issues and works with many athletes. He has helped me with my sporting injuries many times over those years. I see Liam Dirckze, their myotherapist whenever I need my tired and sore muscles massage out.

Been going here for over 10 years. Great experience and best care. Incredibly thorough. If you are looking for a physio and I can not recommend more!

The expertise, advice and care provided by Ben Loh of Ashburton Lifecare has been phenomenal. Our entire family has required his services over the past two years to deal with a variety of netball, running and sport injuries that naturally occur in competitive sport. Ben's friendly approach to our kids re the physio and rehab required has been great, giving them a series of exercises to do at home to aid their recovery. His advice and direction also got me back running after a calf strain (aka "old man injury"). If you have a sport related "niggle", definitely book in to see Ben Loh at Ashburton Lifecare.

I saw Dr Stuart Down. He was fantastic - took my symptoms seriously and was extremely knowledge, thoughtful and kind. He immediately pinpointed the issue and noticed the severity. He took it upon himself to ensure that I saw the right people as quick as possible to resolve the issue.

Without the help of Dr Stuart Down I would not be on the right path to recovery.

Really felt comfortable dealing with the team at Ashburton. They were open minded in their recovery plan and its impact on my upcoming events but not at the expense of forgoing my long term prognosis. Would recommend to anyone thinking needing some assistance with an injury, etc.

A great team of practitioners, highly skilled and knowledgeable staff. Their detailed approach makes you feel supported and purposeful throughout the entire rehabilitation journey.

Could not recommend the team and Nick Cross in particular high enough. His attention to detail to get to the bottom of a persistent issue was fantastic. He picked up things others didn't see.
