Her patience and understanding have been particularly commendable, as she takes the time to explain exercises and techniques thoroughly. The tailored exercises and techniques have not only provided immediate relief but also contributed to long-term improvement.

Friendly and calm, they meet you where you are at and help you get where you want to be. Physio sessions are evidence based and there's always a guide of exercises to do at home in between visits. They have been terrific in catering to my timetables and needs.

Thomas has been great after visiting him only twice so far, he checks if I’m okay when doing exercises and massages and alters things when things get too painful. When giving exercises out for you to do at home he gives you a pain level of what should be acceptable for those exercises which is great. I love the follow ups from the receptionist to find out how my session went the day before and reports it back to Thomas.

Saw Priyanka for a very sore neck and she was so lovely! She was very thorough in assessing my history and did an amazing job in relieving the pain.

Went to Leon when I dislocated my knee. Was so helpful, gave me great treatment, an exercise plan, check ins, tips etc.highly recommend!
