I went to Life Puzzle to get on top of an open water swimming fear that had been holding me back from competing in Triathlons for 16 years. I had a bad open water swimming experience that got the better of me when I was younger and Life Puzzle got me back to competing and dominating in the water. When I first started with Chandell I couldn’t even make it across a 25m pool without freaking out, I found myself getting halfway down the lane and turning around and coming back to the start I was that bad. Now I am able to take on open water swims under competition and am loving the swim leg more than any other leg in my triathlons. Life Puzzle were amazing to work with but for anyone reading this you must be prepared to put in the work outside of your sessions to get the results. If you follow the plan in and out of your sessions you will get what you are looking for every time, thanks Life Puzzle for giving me my life back in the water I am stoked!
