Have been seeing Heshani for a knee pain that I've been having for a while. She's super professional, knowledgeable and has great conversations with you during the physio to get your mind off the pain. Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting.referred to them by the doctor, and apparently because won't accept my booking because I didn't show up a few years ago for an appointment. Cya Felicia!

Incorrect, there was no warning, nor discussion of policy. She basically said, you don't pay, I can't book you another appointment.

I would have been more than happy to pay cancellation fees if this was asked rather than the way it was handled if in fact, I did actually book in and not attend.

The possible cause of the no-shows was due to a motorbike accident in 2021, rather than actually asking or finding out, you have decided to just gone NOPE!

I guess, you do not understand the fundamentals of business, and personally, as a business owner, I would have turned a loss 2 or 3 years ago, into not only a profit, but then asked for a referral from others as a way of making up for this apparent loss.

That's ok, I have booked in with another company who are extremely professional, which is the exact opposite to your operation, considering trying read your response is almost impossible, which waves redflags, due to the education requirements to become a qualified physio

I had my postpartum check recently and boy was it the best money I’ve spent (But also thanks bupa lol). Wish I went a little sooner. The Physio was a lovely Asian women who made me feel so comfortable, and was so knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back!

I was struggling with tail bone pain and worked with Matthew. It took a couple of sessions to diagnose the root cause, and it took another month before the results started showing but am glad that the issue is working itself out. Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained things very well, will highly recommend.

James is excellent in remedial massage. Knows exactly what he’s doing and has helped me on occasions when I’ve messed up training my back and shoulders. Would recommend highly.

Mary is doing great work with her Myotherapy sessions. She managed to diagnose some issues I had in my body which was verified with CT scan. Even GP could not diagnose it in his initial consultation. Can't thank you enough!
