Originally contacted this company via their on-line contact form. As I had not heard from them after two weeks, I called and spoke to Aaron, and explained the work I would like done in my backyard. He asked me to email photos and he will do an estimate, photos were emailed same day.
Another two weeks passed with no response. Followed up with a text message, no response. Following day followed up with a phone call. Aaron stated he had seen my photos and, based on the photos, did an estimate. He said he was driving, but will send me the estimate in about 25 minutes, and will call to arrange date and time for him to come out in the next "few days",
Asked Aaron if it is a job he could do, he replied "yes".
Did not receive the estimate or the phone call. Called him twice throughout the day and left voicemail, No response.

Tradies like this give others a bad name, Just show a bit of common decency and be honest.if you do not want the job, just tell the person straight-up, instead of leading them on and wasting their time.

I was eager to get the job started, but I guess it is back to the drawing board, time to start looking for a more reliable company.

Aaron was fantastic. Easy to deal with, ready to go, professional. He was able to help us sort a challenging tight site with rock moving. Very patient was our particulars to get the placement just right. Thanks you Aaron!

Unprofessional! Aaron came over to quote and said he would promptly get back to me. After 10 days I msg'd to enquire about the quote and he replied that he would send it that evening. I never received anything and he would not reply to any other msgs. I was polite and not pushy in anyway, I simply wanted to know what was happening.

It's tradies like this that give them a bad name when they waste people's time and don't come through on what they say. No integrity or regard for other people's time.

Great work and always reliable! Thoroughly professional service and no job too big or too small. Highly recommended.

Aaron and his team were fantastic, Aaron has vision, imagination and enthusiasm in spades. Which is catchy! This work was just the best decision we could have made for our property, we are so glad and grateful for Life Landscape and hope there will be more changes to our home in the future.
