My elderly mother recently moved into an assisted living unit & we took the opportunity to upgrade her into an adjustable bed. I visited Life Changing Beds as they appeared to be a specialist business in this area. We spent an hour with Andrew going through the various options. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, caring & patient with my mother throughout the process & in the end we chose a bed which I know my mother is very happy with. As I said to Andrew at the end, it was a pleasure doing business with him. I've never said that to a retailer before

From the moment I met Frank he was a fantastic salesperson, full of actual information & happy to help.
After Frank patiently allowed me to try every different type of base & mattress on offer, I was filled with confidence in the product & his knowledge.

Great service and people, bed was set up perfectly and although only the 1st nights sleep it seems to be on the right track to a better back and sleep.

The company responded to my request to help me with the problem I was having with the bed. The staff that attended were punctual, professional, friendly and a delight to deal with. The solution was found and dealt with. They volunteered to help me with vacuuming the carpet that was under the bed. Extremely delighted to have my wonderful bed fully operational again.
The best investment I ever made was to acquire this bed 5 years ago. The service culture of excellence had not changed after all these years and I am very grateful for it.
