Young Nick is very funny and charismatic behind the counter, I would visit just for the experience. Bit of a hit and miss on the ice cream flavours, but they are generous on the tastings to help you find the hits. Cakes and brownies are nice.

Great variety of sweets, tarts, cheese cake and gelato to name a few. They also do shakes from your ice cream range yummy. Atmosphere was bit dull and quite but overall great value and always come back as its tasty.

The small Lemon Meringue used to be soft and delicious but in recent times it tastes as if it has been frozen and defrosted seeing as the pastry is cold and stale. Not worth the price anymore.

The older staff member working on 06/10 got up in the younger girl’s face and yelled at her whilst customers were in store. How dare her treat another staff member in such a humiliating way? She needs to be referred to counselling.

Severely disappointed. I asked for one of the brownies on display and was told I was not allowed to buy the one I pointed at because it was more fresh than the others (basically trying to force me to buy the ones close to expiry even though they were all the same price). The girl serving was also extremely rude to me (probably the worst service I have ever experienced in my life if I'm honest). This is really sad as I love supporting local, but I do expect quality product and service for Lickt's price.

Amazing flavours of ice cream and absolutely loved the range and other brownies and desserts.

Fabulous gelato - made fresh on the premises. Pistachio my favourite. Amazing cakes and top class service too. Probably the best gelato in Melbourne. Brownies amazing too!

I was looking forward to taste Lickt's ice cream, but I did not get to it. A dozen customers in line waiting for the casual employee to prepare two milk shakes on equipment which did not look suited for retail operations. It took a very, very long time to orepare those milkshakes. While the behind the counter employee was struggeling, another employee was sitting at a table inside and observing the long queue, and: did nothing!
Some of us incl myself left the store still craving for an ice cream. I moved on to 7Apples Ice Cream in Chadstone, they know how to run their ice cream business.

Went in for an ice cream this week after school with my kids and as we were getting served this man was yelling at the younger female employees. Was angry because it seemed like they girls did nothing wrong. What kind of workplace does this. Ice cream was decent.

Amazing desserts! Whether you get gelato, brownies, cake or a coffee, you will always be served with a smile as the staff at Lickt are extremely friendly! The two people who were working at 4 pm today (3/11/22) were super kind and welcoming! They have a huge variety of gelato flavours, cakes and brownies so there is something perfect for everyone.

The texture of the gelato is unreal - it is so smooth and creamy! The flavours are rather good like ferrero rocher, hazelnut, snickers, vanilla and chocolate (which are all heavenly) although some flavours are a tad artificial tasting or overly strong. The servers are really generous, especially with trying portions though unfortunately, the sizes of the gelato cups are kind of small considering the prices (compared to other places I've been to). The brownies are also very tasty, I've had the ferrero one and it is the absolute best!

Very eager to come back to try the cakes (or get more gelato and brownies).

Stopped by after enjoying a dinner locally and decided to pop in and have some dessert. Gelato was fabulous and we even took home some yummy cakes

Went there on Friday and the service was terrible. The short haired woman refused to serve us. She was also banging chairs when cleaning up. Really telling us to leave as they are about to close. So rude!

A variety of fancy mini cakes, slices and regular size chocolate and coffee cakes including ice cream cake. There were lots of bright pink cakes. Limited parking in front. Extremely busy street intersection - plan your route for safe exit. Some people do rave about their cakes so I had to check out out myself. $$$

The thickshakes are awesome and can be made from any of the great gelati available. Cakes and brownies also worth a try!

Every single time we order milkshakes from you guys delivered, you don't supply straws. That has to be the single most annoying thing ever.

Rude young girl serving, after staring at me to the point of making me uncomfortable, I asked her what is it she was looking at? She then decided it would be nice to comment on how pale my skin was. "I'm looking at how pale you are, honey. " uncalled for and rude. I am actually going through treatment and I don't get out of the house much, if at all. So thankyou and I hope that trying to bringing me down made you feel good about yourself! Appalling.

Nice variety of flavours, great texture, good taste, friendly and fast service. However, the ice cream went straight to my hips.
