I’ve gone there for my first to proper haircuts ever as a teenager, and it’s been amazing. The feeling there is so welcoming even with my nervousness, everyone is great to be around and it’s just amazing. Both times I’ve left with hair I loved done by someone who cares about how you feel with it. Got compliments on my hair and got to chat about whatever the whole time. I’ve never felt more confident

Had my haircut by Olivia, she listened to my concerns and we discussed expectations of what I wanted, and she checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with the progress. Will return!

I had never had a haircut that I liked or worked for my hair until I came here. Sophie took so much time at my first appointment to listen to what I wanted and the challenges I have with my hair, tailoring my cut to suit. For the first time in my life, I love my hair. I bought a product that was recommended to me (again, after describing the issues I’d had previously, Sophie really made me feel heard) and it’s incredible! All the stylists are so friendly, warm and polite - the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. A complimentary fringe cut is an added bonus and just another example of the amazing service at Liberty + Frank. Thank you for helping me with my confidence.

Going to Liberty and Frank is like spending time with your favourite friends. Walking into the salon is like coming home, there's a welcoming comfortable feel and you know it's a place you can relax during your booking. Friendliness, comfort and amenities aside, the team are brilliant at what they do and you'll never leave the salon with anything other than exceptional results. And if you're lucky, you might even get a boop from resident salon dog, Wilson. Cannot recommend the Liberty and Frank team highly enough.

Worth the wait!
I had waited sooo long to get an appointment here and Lara was worth the wait! Amazing blow dry and new exactly what to do for thick, curly hair. Can't wait to return

Such a lovely homely salon that doesn’t charge ridiculous prices! Chloe is amazing and I trust her so much with my balayage hair. Not to mention she’s great to chat to:) All the other stylists seem amazing too and everyone walks out looking so happy with their hair.

Best experience at a hairdresser in years. I had a colour (blonde foils) and blow wave with a lovely stylist (Lara). Fabulous blow wave, which has lasted beautifully.

The quality of the service provided, the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the pats with her gorgeous doggo Wilson are second to none. My hair has never looked or felt so good. 100% recommend this wonderful salon.

Always love coming to Liberty & Frank. Even though I’ve now moved away from Hawthorn East, I’ll still come back to Lara to get my hair foiled and cut. Lara is a superstar and so fun to chat to. And my hair always feels and looks amazing when I leave ️‍️
