I absolutely adore the place. All 3 of the sale assistants are genial and always carrying a good banter regarding fragrance. I have seen many other places with sale assistants being either too pushing and overloading customers with information and choices just to secure a sale or on the other opposite end, being completely neglecting, gluing their faces to the phones. I am rather picky but I do sense the sensibility and professionalism from the staffs here. Definitely will be back. The collection at the store is decent so some of the more elusive brands might not be there.

I received my package with my beautiful perfume and was super impressed with how beautifully packaged it was and not to mention the many perfume samples and a free skin sample pack I received! Customer service on point! Thanks so much, will definitely be ordering again.

Amazing customer service whether it be in-store experience or online. I ordered a parcel 2days back and today morning I received it. So happy with the speedy delivery and it came in such a nice and beautiful packaging. Highly recommend to everyone to start your journey of Niche perfume collection from Libertine.

I am thrilled to open the parcel just delivered today! Can't help screaming when I saw the amazing samples carefully wrapped in the Libertine bag.

I always purchased in the store, it’s my first time placing an order online as the product I want was not available in the Myer store. I would not expect to receive so many gorgeous samples, which makes me feel so happy and rewarded. The Libertine bag is cute!

After placing my order for my first neich product I was very excited, but actually more so for the handful of samples coming my way. I was so happy to try these different scent profiles and DNA as they do differ from there designer counterparts:). I look forward to swinging by a store at some point.

I recently ran out of my favourite MEMO Paris perfume and was overjoyed to find it was available in Australia. What I was not impressed was Libertine’s close to $100 mark up on a €225 bottle. Remarkable when the company website offers free international shipping. While the staff were lovely and the shop is jazzy, I am just quite over the exploitation of Australian customers, blaming the tyranny of distance, when it literally doesn’t cost $100 to ship a 75ml bottle to Australia.

WOW Just WOW! I purchased for the first time, from the Libertine website a Cire Trudon candle which I couldn't find anywhere in a local store. The online store had it when I searched and I thought why not give Libertine a go. I didn't know much about the brand.

I was not disappointed. The safe packaging of the candle, sented interior, personal handwritten note and a goodie bag of samples to try. I was not expecting any of it, and it was absolutely a suprise and delite. Utterly supurb.

I will be definately be purchaing again for all my Cire Trudon product needs and no doubt many others.

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE, michaela was so rude and didn’t help at all, not coming back never again

This is a fantastic perfumery booth or store to be found in Melbourne within Myer store. You have a huge range of unique, niche and beautiful perfumes to try from. You could easily spend 30 minutes just smelling and appreciating what they have to offer. They also sell other products like candles, body washes and body cream to name a few, and they are also things you cannot find any where else. I highly recommend you check out this place.

I feel compelled to write about just how impressed I am with the delivery and service of Libertine Parfumerie! My sister received a wonderful and thoughtful gift-wrapped package, with many lovely samples for her to try to boot. In lockdown, when I am unable to do this myself, I am most grateful. Thank you!

If you are unsure of what to choose, head to YouTube and view a few segments on The Niche Fragrance Collector's channel. From the famed Attars of Persia and India to the perfumed fields of Grasse in France, fragrance evokes memories and perfumers meticulously weave stories that they capture in bottles. Think of Libertine as a library and let their staff find your favourite story- it's worth it!
