Never shopped here before, needed to replace camera glass on an A51, replaced on the spot, $65 cheaper than Stud Park. On this occasion very happy.

Me and my bestie came here for a phone repair. He made the existing damage to my iPhone 13 Pro Max even worse! Like seriously this place needs to leave the phone repair industry. Smh rn, this place is so bad.

I came to La Lin in hopes of getting a good screen protector put on my phone. I had never been here before so I was interested to see the quality of their products.

When I got my phone back, I straight away noticed dust on the other side of the protector. Due to lack of care, the man working there didn’t clean down the screen before applying the protector. This was extremely disappointing. With other repair places, they always clean down your screen before applying the protector. This removes any dust, dirt or hair on the screen.

Another issue was that whenever on a brightly coloured screen, a ring of rainbow would form around the perimeter of the display. I don’t know the exact reason for this, however, I do no that this shouldn’t happen as all of my screen protectors in the past haven’t had this issue.

Whilst checking for more mistakes, I noticed that there were still air pockets and bubbles visible on the screen. This is most likely due to the screen and screen protector not being properly cleaned. If the man working at La Lin put at least a tiny bit of effort into the job, this wouldn’t have happened.

I was already furious about what was happening when my touch started to become faulty. I started having to press on my apps multiple times before they would open, wasting more of my time. I got so angry to the point where I made the smart choice to remove the protector entirely.

Word of advice, don’t take your phone here for a screen protector. They are lazy, careless and put in a very half hearted attempt at applying your protector.

TL;DR:
Li Lan repairs do a tremendously awful job at applying screen protectors. They are lazy and careless when applying your screen protector. DON’T get a protector from here… you will regret it.

I replaced my iPhone X screen from this shop. He charged me $ 250. I asked him does it have a warranty, and he said yes, it has a 6-month warranty. He added it’s like a lifetime warranty. My screen was broken after a couple of months, and the touch screen didn't 'work properly. I couldn’t go to meet him due to lockdown. I recently went there to fix my phone. He said I dropped the phone, that’s why the screen is not working. I explained it stopped working suddenly without doing anything. He said he cannot do anything regarding that. Really disappointed with his service and don’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Recommended to try here to get a screen protector fitted for an ipad. Had purchased protector elsewhere but they wouldn't fit it. David fitted it in less than 5 minutes, and then refused to charge me the $5 he had quoted. Wouldn't even accept a coffee. As I am always on the look out for new phone, kindle covers etc will definitely go back. Same screen protector almost half the price of the one I had bought elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. $75 for my model iPhone battery replacement within 40 minutes. Given that everything looked good on my 2 years + phone with ~90% battery capacity, Dave initially recommended that I try to restore my phone to factory settings (back up everything). Upon internal inspection, he evidently pointed out that my battery was swollen and damaged. I was able to do a grocery shop and now I have a functioning phone. Dave also gave sound advice for charging my phone battery.

Inconsistent standards of customer service. Was offered 2 completely different price points to buy back the device I was offering from 2 different individuals. Poor and ineffective communication between staff members has left me extremely frustrated and far from understood. Worker also refused to accept the phone ever after I had explained the earlier offer I was given by another employee. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and the whole debacle ended up being a complete waste of time as well as a car trip.

Replaced front and back on s7 $280 didnt stick back glass down properly had to go back twice.calls super quiet from that point on and parts used poor quality lasted no time.wish i hadnt.

Quick and easy
got quoted over $200 to look at a broken type C charging port by other places in the centre
$30 and 40mins later i had a completely clean and working charging port, save me a couple of hundred or a new phone

Absolute disgrace, bloke is so rude, threatened to meet me out side after work to sort out a little problem we had, if anyone has his name please let me know, would love to sort it out.

This is a little kiosk just inside the entrance of Knox City at the Ozone end. I got my S7 screen repaired and a S7edge screen repaired. They had a large range of replacement screens, including various colours. It took less than 24 hours. Both screens cost a total of $680, which I thought was a bit expensive but good workmanship.
