I don't really feel like I got value for money given the price we paid. I didn't feel like the agent advise us or represented our best interest, and I felt like they will more of a mesage forwarding intermediary between us and the prospects. My expectation is for a seller to sell, and I don't feel like that happened.
The only redeeming service was the contractor details that were provided to do prepatory maintenance prior to the sale. They did an excellent job.

Nicholas from Lewis Real Estate has been easy to contact, and always responds to inquiries and maintenance requests, and have been very accomodating. I only have good things to say about Nicholas and the whole Lewis team, and would recommend them.
