Walked in picked a couple of sizes tried on first pair of jeans, fit perfectly in and out within less than 10 mins. Very helpful staff, I'll be back for sure.

Shout out to Jihee for providing the worst customer service I have ever received. I had a faulty pair of jeans not even a month old, she told me she couldn’t do anything and would have to contact customer service. I asked if she could please contact them as I needed the jeans to go to work so I needed it sorted straight away. All I wanted was a exchange to the same item and she tried to use as many excuses as possible to avoid doing the exchange. When I then asked for a refund as they were faulty she then offered an exchange, she collected a new pair and then slammed them on the desk. She didn’t give me the receipt at first and when I asked her for my copy she had the audacity to ask why I would need it. As someone who works in retail I am appalled that someone would act this way and represent the brand the way she did.

The help we got yesterday was superb. Friendly staff allowed us to make some perfect choices. We are heading back again today. Great service.

Amazing service. Never left a review before but I feel like my experience in the Levi's store really deserves the recognition and postive feedback. I gave up on finding jeans that would fit me a long time ago but I thought I might pop in on a lazy Sunday to check things out. Wasn't planning to get anything but after so many years i ended up walking out with new jeans.

I was served by Chris who was very attentive. I asked him if he was alone and even though he was, he was still able to me fit into 2 pairs of jeans while helping others. I felt bad for making him run around the store! It's hard to come by people in customer service that are truly there to help instead of just making a quick sale. Seriously. Great work and I will be back!

Amazing service, a bit limited selection. Bought 2 jeans and the service was very attentive and friendly. Would be 5* except for the fact that the selection of different colours in my size was pretty limited.
