Well kept store, staff was so helpful and nice! Came in Saturday 2/9 and Lawrence (i believe his name was) helped find a good pair of jeans, knew what to recommend, and helped us get the best deal.thank you so much!

I like Levis produce but I dont like rude staff (girl). It’s my fault that I’m not good in English and it makes her raise her voice when she’s talking to me.

10/10 I was assisted by Tony today who went out of his way to help me find the perfect pairs of jeans. Nothing was too much trouble, he gave me a whole heap of options but wasn’t overbearing or pushy with the sale. Honestly an enjoyable experience I felt like I was shopping with a friend! He is an asset to your store.
I’ll 100% be making more purchases from this store, especially if Tony is working!

Chris the store manager is disrespectful to not only customers but also staff.
I feel he needs an attitude adjustment to work in retail.

Only 1 nice employee out of the 4 I had to see in total.

I ask for a personalization or I show exactly where I want it. More initials written in small.

Conclusion: the designer has completely botched it's not even straight, too high on the jacket, my initials are much bigger than I asked for. Customer service 0 knowing they were supposed to call me when the jacket was ready, I'm still waiting for my call? Honestly skip your turn.

I purchased a pair of jeans from Levi’s store (it was either here or in Myer) in January 2020.

I have worn them on and off for 2 years, probably on average once a week. Which I guess is about 100 wears, maybe less considering all of the lockdowns.

Imagine my surprise when the stitching on the back pocket started to come apart! Revealing the derriere that these jeans were made to cover.

I attempted to sew this back together, twice, but the denim is so loosely woven and so weak that it pulls apart each time. They did not supply any patches when i brought the jeans so i’m forced to throw them away now … which works out at less than $1 a wear.

On the logo on the back of my jeans there are two horses stretching a pair of Levi trousers. I assume that this is some sort of ironic joke, or that they are those tiny horses that you see in Shetland.

One wonders if anybody at Levi would be ashamed of making such a short lasting product and charging a long lasting price.

Due to the poor craftsmanship and shoddy work I will be giving Levi’s a wide berth now that I am in the market for new jeans. I may try RM Williams or one of the shops in Collingwood or Fitzroy that makes jeans that actually last.

Visited yesterday and was genuinely touched by how kind and professional the staff are in this store. A great example of how customer service should be!

I visited this store with my daughter, Jay was so attentive and spent quality time with her to make sure he understood her needs. Jay was excellent and so professional. My only negative comment is we were interrupted mid conversation by another member of staff who continued to berate Jay in front of us which I thought was not only unprofessional but totally unacceptable. Thanks Jay

Really poor service! There were two staff members on the floor supposedly "working. " Despite no other customer in the store they didn't offer any help as they were too busy chatting to their friends who walked in! Shocking example of "customer service. "

Had the best shopping experience with Karl. I never had someone that patient with me while I am trying to find best fit for the jeans. Absolutely amazing store with full of energetic people! Highly recommended!

Very rude staff. After 10 minutes waiting there to get someone to help, I finally had to ask one of their staff if he could help me. He was behind the counter. Replied "yes ask me! " without even looking at me. Woww really? And more interesting, in response to my question about the balloon fit jeans, he said those are old fashion and you can't find them anywhere anymore. Dude, 30 minutes later I bought two balloon fit pants from Zara. Just not sure where this rude and inefficient guy has come from or what is old fashion in his mind! However, I'm never going to go back to this place and do not recommend them at all.

Lazy, disinterested and rude staff. Severe attitude problem with the one I spoke to, like she didn't want to be there and that helping me was a distraction to her day. Instead of spending money on giving the store a facelif, consider spending it on staff training and personal development training for your employees. Going by the other reviews here they certainly sound like they need it.
Have lodged a complaint with your customer service team.
Will be telling every one I know not to shop at the Melbourne Central store. Word of Mouth is a powerful thing especially in retail.

An amazing shopping experience. The staff member who helped me seemed to know all the cuts and washes like the back of his hand, and knew when to go up or down a size depending on the cut or wash. I found the perfect jeans in exactly the fit I have been looking for.
If you come here, ask for the staff’s advice and let them pick a few things for you to try on.

The salesperson Shannon was amazing- helping as I came in just 5 minutes before closing and was super patient as I held her up past when the store was supposed to shut. Extremely helpful, above and beyond what should be expected.

Worth a trip and four stars because it's Levi's and its a glossy, retail experience. The problem with these stores, is that stock just get sent from head office, and staff don't seem to know if an item will get restocked or when, or even what is coming at all.

I had the best customer experience ever yesterday. Karl is an absolute asset to your team. He singlehandedly helped 3 women try on jeans, and seamlessly nailed the experience with his product knowledge and fitting skills. He was confident, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I work in HR for CX and would hire Karl in an instant. Well done on your amazing work mate. Levi HQ, you have an absolutely star working for you. So impressed!
