Levi's Store - Eastland

I walked into Levi’s Eastland today (31/01/24) around 1: 20pm. When I walked in I was not greeted and not even really looked at really as the 2 girls working were both on their phones at the counter. One of the girls eventually came over and asked if i needed a hand however I replied no as I didn’t want to look for a pair of jeans anymore after that first impression. Was really looking forward to going into Levi’s and trying to find a staple pair of jeans but after that, I won’t be returning.

I will exclusively be buying my jeans from Levi’s at Eastland because of the customer service that Desiree provides. She is so kind and her help in store feels just like shopping with a friend. I can definitely see myself getting carried away and making some impulse purchases because of her

Very helpful staff. I have freakishly long legs and the staff member helped us with options of how to find longer legged Levi's, despite them not having them in store.

Censorship at its worst!

As part of an online purchase, Levi's asked my to review the product.
I sent my review but is was censored because "it did not meet all our website guidelines".

Dreadful experience
When the jeans arrived, one of the belt loops was broken. We rang the support that was supposed to send us an e-mail with the instructions for return to repair but we didn't receive anything, not even in my spam folder. After a couple of days, I sent an e-mail to support: this time we received the links to the return repair form. We filled out the form and sent the jeans back to Levi's for repair. After a week they refunded me the money and asked me to submit a second order. I went to a local shop and purchased two pairs of jeans for the price of one.

The staff are lovely, and willing to help. And someone who was worried and scared to buy jeans they made the experience much nicer than I was expecting! Thanks!

Great service from Nic who recognised the fit I wanted and referred me to the men’s jeans. Mid rise classic, button fly. Just what I was looking for. Courteous and helpful without being too ‘ helpful ‘. A rare find in retail!

Daniel was extremely friendly and helpful, was confident and gave great advice.
Came in just to look and ended up buying 3 pairs of jeans and a jacket!
