Levi's Pop-Up Outlet Store - University Hill

I'm always wary about the supposed 'savings' offered by outlet stores but that is definitely not the case here. They have an excellent range of quality Levi's gear at very keen prices. The times I've visited they had a flat 50% off deal on all stock (including already reduced items). None of that Mickey Mouse buy 'two and get the third item free' discounting at this store. No small print of 'Upto 50% Off' - you can shop with confidence here.

Aaron provided the best service I have ever experienced in a retail setting. We went in to get jeans for my partner early this week and he was able to pick out a new style for him that was perfect. I came back today to find some new jeans for myself and pick up another pair for my partner. His knowledge is excellent and he was great at picking things outside of what I'm used to and assisting with finding the right fit. 10/10 would definitely send anyone who needs jeans to him.

Staff was very helpful and advised me to go a size smaller than what I was going to buy (they said after wearing it for few hours it will strech a little) and it really did.

I’ve been to all four Levi’s outlet stores in Melbourne and this is one of the better ones. Not as crowded as the other ones and plenty of different sizes available. Love the 50% off deal which I think is all year round, so worth checking in regularly.

Imagine this scenario please;
A 25yr old women comes into your store looking to buy a pair of size 14 Jeans and is body shamed by your staff member and advised "we don't sell sizes like that, you might need to look up plus sizes online"

Well this is my partners reality as this happened today and is disgusting an atrocious to the point I'm contemplating going to the media.

You advertise the following statement on your curve sections -

We're on a mission to change the fashion industry for good

What a joke it starts with the mindset of your people if they only find beauty in a size 6 and are repulsed by someone who is asking for a size 14 you have big problems instead of humiliating a customer say your out of stock!

I just had the best customer service ever on the 26th of feb at like 12: 00.
The guy found me the coolest style of jeans ever and was so nice

Went into the store at 4: 30 today looking for jeans which tapered down the bottom. Older gentleman with grey hair and yellow highlights was at the counter with two other female staff having a casual chat and on his phone. Terrible customer service. At one point he started taking photos of one of the female colleagues at the counter. At no point was I offered any help. In the end I just chose a style and went to try it on and it wasnt what I was after. My wife then had to approach the counter and ask someone to help us. There was a younger male staff member that was helping people which is the reason for 2 stars.

Thank you Levi's @ Uni Hill! I was helped out by Rachel, who had given me fantastic customer service. She had a lot knowledge of your clothing and I walked out a happy customer with the best recommendations from her! Usually I struggle with denim, but she helped me find the right fit. I will definitely be back again, thanks!

Asked about a pair of jeans and got pointed to a shelf and told to go and look there.
Not great customer service

Awesome staff. Really helpful and the jeans are just quality great fit. I was helped by Vanessa who was so personable and I felt like she understood my style very quickly.

Felt pressured and confronted by a lady with short hair who i hadnt seen before about purchasing items after mentioning repeatedly i was comfortable just browsing. As a regular customer I am not sure i want to come back.

The light bearded asian guy is very rude and uncooperative and highly not recommended and will never go back to this store again.
