Levi's Outlet Store - Moorabbin

Went to this store today at Moorabbin and Eva looked after us. She knows their stock and was only to happy to help us. Well done Levi’s lovely girl.

It's ok, just limited sizes available. Or if your particular size exists it's usually just in one colour, so the 2 for 1 deal kind of void, unless you go with a friend and split the cost.

My two favourite stores to checkout in this DFO, the other one being adidas. Everything in this store is 50% which is impressive. Bought a denim jacket here for $50, an absolute steal. Would love to see more stock and more variety.

Good selection, quality stuff and reasonable price as there is always some kind of an attractive discount.

Worst customer service. When I asked for help the guy looked straight at me and turned back around and continued to talk about how he burnt his mouth on soup.

Possibly the best retail customer service I can remember. A recommendation on a style I wouldn't have considered that was the same price and a better fit ahead of going to the dressing rooms, through to the checkout staff apologising for the delay at the tills due to being busy. Highly recommended and the brand sells itself. Go see the tall guy with the blonde hair. Top service

Jonathan was extremely helpful when me and my sister were trying to find the perfect pair of jeans. He knew exactly what size and fit to go for and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Bought some jeans here a while ago and will definitely go back there for any Levis shopping! Excellent service by one of the young men. Not sure of his name but straight away knew what size I needed and what style. They've been the perfect jean. Thank you.

You can't go wrong with Levi jeans, sometimes I wonder why they make their jeans so sturdy, how do they possibly make money?

Great place to shop - staff are so helpful particularly Troy who not only assisted my husband to find a great fitting pair of jeans but also can sing along to Black Sabbath at the same time! Thanks Troy, you were amazing

Great offers and more important about this outlet is.they very friendly and cool.can advise u if u ask them but not disturbing u when u just looking around.great job mate!

Not happy with staff setting the door to 3/4 closed around 5: 50pm on Sunday 1 September, i stood outside trying to get their attention to change the size of a pair of jeans my wife bought me pair for fathers day but was ignored.
I plan to return the jeans and request a refund

Was dissapointed by the range (no kids sizes and unless you only want skinny or super skinny styles, dont bother) and lack of customer service - two workers were busy chatting while casually folding clothes and were rather oblivious to customers looking for assistence. Only other person was busy at the cash register serving. I felt rude interrupting their conversation!

Wow. Amazing customer service especially from Cain (on receipt so hope it was his name) who recommend a cut to suit me. As a women shopping alone this was the best service I’ve had trying on jeans. One of the other guys checked on me in change rooms and told me they looked great. So impressed by these three guys working here! Linda from Cairns

My regular store for my jeans. Lots of varieties to choose from. Change room is clean and the Staffs are very supportive. Will visit again.

We baught couple of jeans from this store and paid for it. After coming back home saw that the girl who took the payment didn’t even bother to take the tags out from both jeans. It wasn’t busy at all at that time. So now has to go back to the store with receipt to get the tags out from jeans it’s annoying. I am gonna waste almost 2.5 hours from my home to go and comeback. Very unhappy

My wife had a very disappointed visit to this store last Sunday afternoon 24 Feb 2019. While she was seeking for help to locate the whereabouts of certain jeans, 3 female staff were chatting and laughing at the counter, my wife asked one of them (the tallest one), surprisingly, this staff didn't even bother pointing my wife to the right direction but just told her to check out the labels on those jeans by herself. So my wife had to dig through piles after piles of jeans and had to figure out what 'below the waist' and 'at the waist' all by herself. There was zero customer service! Very disappointing! On the invoice provided by the same staff, we found two names: Operator Shani and Sales Associate Casey.
