Just visited Levi’s to purchase my first pair of jeans. I came here immediately after and was not AT ALL surprised to see that Mel’s name is all though the reviews. I don’t usually write these, but this was easily the best customer experience I’ve had. She was kind and knew exactly what I wanted. She made sure I was both comfortable and getting the perfect fit that wouldn’t stretch out too much, she even helped me zip up a pair! If you go here, ask for her, and tell her I sent you! Thank you Mel, you are amazing!

Shopping for Jeans is genuinely terrible, but Mel was amazing with helping me find the perfect fit. She was helpful from the get go, patient, and without her I wouldn’t have found my new pair!

I hadn’t been shopping in so long and all the stores I went into at Highpoint like Zara, cotton on and glassons the customer service was shocking.
I finally got to Levi’s annoyed and tired and was surprised how amazing the staff were there. Not pushy or rude just helpful and kind. Nothing was a problem to try on and they helped you till you got it right. Mel and her team amazing service. Don’t go anywhere else for your Levi’s. Made a difference to me

I was helped by Daniel today and it was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. Levi’s will do well to hold on to Daniel and support his career progression.
Working for a large organisation in customer experience, I was very impressed. Highly recommend this store, and would say shop here in store rather than online.

Exemplary Service
My wife and I are called in on the store at Highpoint and were extremely impressed by the friendly and professional service when greeted by the staff. Jamie and Mel make a great team, nothing is too much trouble. They don't stop until the make sure fit and comfort are perfect. You want jeans? No better place in Melbourne.

Really poor selection of jeans for anyone over a size 12, I went in to purchase size equivalent of AU14 blue jeans and was directed to the plus size section where the only option was one pair of black jeans. Felt incredibly sorry for the poor girl working there who was extremely apologetic and told to try online where everything in my size is sold out. Levi's definitely needs to work to increase their sizing range and availability in store.

Went in to check out the plus size jeans range - the store felt really welcoming and chilled out and I didn’t feel self conscious, like I have in other stores. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name - but the tall male staff member with the curly hair went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. Thank you so much!

I’m so disappointed with Levi’s.it is so frustrating to do a simple size exchange. These are my last Levis. Hope I find a better alternative soon.

P. S it’s a lie that you can exchange in store for online purchases. There’s a massive conditions apply with that.

Great customer service! We walked in just a little earlier than closing time on Sunday and we are glad that we were able to find exactly what we are looking for. Thanks to Daniel and the other bloke who helped us to find the right size and recommended the best product. Thanks heaps and definitely visit again.

Thank you for your patience and diligence in helping me find the perfect pair of jeans. I'm sorry that you had to fold over probably 20 pairs of jeans but I hope you get some well deserved acknowledgement for your hard work!

I could not think of anything I dread more than shopping for jeans. Especially since I am a size 16+ and lucky enough to be between sizes. I had been to so many brands to find jeans that fit but had no luck. Fortunately for me I was assisted by Mel, who is basically a customer service goddess. Mel was amazing, I have never had such an empathetic and personalised experience while shopping for jeans or other retail products. During my experience the store became extremely busy. I work in retail and was thoroughly impressed as I watched Mel priotise, delegate and give excellent customer service while I was trying on my expertly selected jeans (so comfy thank you Mel). If you need jeans and you are anxious about the whole process, I highly recommend seeing Mel at Levi's Highpoint, although their selection of bigger sizing isn't that great I still walked out feeling like a goddess. I believe Mel is also the store manager and I hope she gets a bonus as she well and truly deserves it. Thank you Mel!

Attended whilst the requirement to still wear masks was in effect for the safety of everyone. Not one staff member had their mask on covering their face, apparently all the staff (5-6 of them) all breath through their chins.

I purchased a few pair of jeans there today. Tracy (I think-pretty blonde lady) was fantastic.
