The Millennial staff need some customer service training. Its obvious they dont want to be there and are not being managed. I asked for some help with jeans the sales assistant chatted lots tried to sell me something I didn't ask for then walked away.confusing way to sell. Store messy and overloaded with stock. Store has potential only if you serve yourself you might find a bargain.

Took my extremely hard to buy for fussy 13 year old daughter in and I was hopeless as a jeans fitting dad. The awesome Tori helped out and 7 pairs of jeans later we walked out with a happy daughter and a new pair of jeans. Thank you for your patience and help Tori, greatly appreciated.

I visited the Levi’s store at Essendon today and was very impressed with the customer service. Jaya helped me to choose pair of comfy and stylish jeans. 10/10 customer service. Would definitely visit again.

This is the store I get my Levis from since 2018, before that I lived in San Fransisco USA, I know what I buy, On one such, time constraint day I bought a trucker jacket without trying, at home after two weeks I put that jacket on to realise the M size fit too small for me. Today the Manager went out of the way for one time customer service gesture to make my day despite odds against me. I greatly appreciate that.

Went to the Essendon DFO store today and bought some 501’s the only brand and style of jeans I’ve worn for decades. Also bought some stay loose carpenter pants. Gotta say I am stoked with the stay loose carp’ pants! Gonna get another pair tomorrow.
I am writing this review because all the staff were amazing!
I would like too highlight Jayla’s customer service. That girl went above and beyond with a smile. So helpful and knowledgeable on the product range. That girl loves her Levi’s and is an asset to the store. Absolute superstar

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
I have been overweight for nearly 14 years since I turned 18. I was nearly 80kg and been wearing leggings to hide my lack of self image.

I walked into DFO Levis today and thought to myself, "what the heck? I should go in and try something, maybe I am a size 26? 30? But I still deserve to look and feel like a woman right? "

I walked it and this amazing lady called "Natalia" served me and she was so kind, patient with my 5 thousand questions and she explained to me what is the difference between the ones she brought to me and she even gave me tips on how to look and feel better!

I was ABSOLUTELY blown away by the fantastic wonderful service of Natalia and her team members and I told them, nearly in tears that I haven't wore pants in YEARS other than cheap $10 Cotton leggings.

I was so thankful of how kind, caring and wonderful they were! I came home with 2 pairs of wonderful pants, a heart filled with joy, love and dignity and I came home with a big BIG smile that my husband and my mother haven't seen for years!

You are not only in retail, but you guys were like angels that blessed my life and made me feel like I am worth it, that I CAN look decent and be happy with my body image!

Can't beat 50 percent of Levi's well established name/brand. Walked out of there with chino's and jeans. Special thanks to and forgive me if I've got the name incorrect Jacqueline or Jackie she assisted me the whole time and making sure my jeans and chino's went with my Vans. Will definitely go back there for her help. Such a welcoming store, shout out to everyone there who all greeted me and asking if i was being taken care of. Nice job team.

Attended Levis Essendon DFO this morning, Saturday 16/11. Staff fantastic. Helpful in finding sizes and correct style for me. Pleasing to see such great customer service when other stores are quite lacking. Keep up the good work!

I walked into the store today. One of the retail shop assistance came straight over to me and said, ” just to let you know we don’t stock clothes in your size. ” (I am a size 14-16 and own Levis that fit) This is poor customer service, and is degrading for anyone who
Is not the “perfect body type”. Fat shaming is not alright especially in the fashion industry. U am very disgusted!

Went to this store to buy jeans. Carried 2 jeans of different sizes. Tried them Liked one of them so handed over the other one to the lady outside trial rooms. Was paying at the counter suddenly another sales person carries the jeans I had left outside the trial room and starts scanning with his scanner, the lady who was processing my payment started staring suspiciously at the jeans I was already wearing.
Then the other salesman said I am not able to find this piece in my system

Very affordable, staff are really friendly and helpful, had to change an item 5 weeks after I bought it (still with stickers and original receipt, the size was just wrong) and was changed for me, no questions asked.

Bella was very helpful and knowledgeable, which is incredibly helpful when shopping for jeans that come in a long list of cuts and variations.

More sales people should be like her and share her enthusiastic vibe. 5 stars to the customer service given to us by Bella at Levis DFO Essendon.
