The most authentic, traditional yoga I have found in Melbourne. I will be forever grateful I found Aaron and Paige. They have taught me how to ground in order to grow and realise my full power. I have practiced yoga for many years and this is by far my favourite studio!

I have gone to multiple Yoga studios before but none of them have ever been like Level Up. I started coming here 2 years ago and I haven't gone to another studio since! It's not just a studio for individuals to practice in, but it's also a safe space filled with community, support and incredible teachers that embody the tradition.

I was so inspired that I decided to do the 200hr YTT with Level Up in January. This training was incredible and I couldn't recommend it enough for anyone who is ready to dive deep into Yoga and finally step into their true purpose! Aaron and Paige were so authentic throughout the course and delivered the sacred knowledge with so much integrity.

I completed a Traditional Tantric Hatha yoga teacher training at Level Up Yoga and it was more than I could have ever hoped. Aaron and Paige have SO much knowledge to share and it comes from a true authentic lineage of tantric hatha teachers. My experience was far more than a teacher training, I learnt so much about myself and how the universe works. I felt welcomed, supported and safe being taught and led by these two loving souls.

I completed my 50hr Yin TTC with Aaron Petty at Level up Yoga in Berwick. Level up Yoga is a open and authentic studio with teachers that teach truly purposeful yoga! It is hard to put into words how incredible Aaron and Paige are at sharing yoga and creating experiences that are life changing and promote connection and community. I am forever grateful that I have come across level up, the yoga they share is transformation and they teach you how to develop self practices and incorporate the traditional teachings into modern daily life. Their knowledge and commitment to the teachings of Tantric Hatha Yoga is beyond measure and comes from a very pure place. It was a rich, heart opening experience that has deepened my practice and empowered me to continue sharing yoga with others.

I did my Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Level Up with Aaron and Paige there, i have not completed my 200 hour teacher training yet, which i was slightly nervous about but i am so thrilled about what i have gained and learnt about traditional organic yoga that i can take away with me through my life.it was such a spiritual experience and the perfect way of learning for me.i did not feel out of place i felt such a warm sense of community i would truly recommended it for anyone in their yoga or personal journey. You can feel that Aaron is a born teacher.since leaving training on my walks i have been listening to Aaron and Paige's Podcast on Spotify which has helped me retain all the information i learnt in teacher training so much better this way. It truly is such a incredible touch.i have learnt so many powerful tools that has shaped the way i would like to teach yoga. I still message them from time to time with questions and they are always there to help. If you are interested in Hatha training or taking a casual class i wouldn't look anywhere else. I was part of Aaron & Paige’s first 200hour yoga teacher training and it was an incredibly powerful experience. I found community, connection and stillness.

Level Up yoga was nothing like I expected when I walked in 2 years ago.
After having only done Vinyasa and Hot Yoga, Tantric Hatha was like stumbling into a haven of serenity and community I never knew I needed.
My hypermobility meant that I had never been able to practice yoga without pain, but during my classes and training at Level Up, Aaron went above and beyond to help me find a way to strengthen my body, and now my yoga practice is pain free.
Aaron and Paige have created a community of safety, love and most importantly, a sustainable, traditional yoga studio.
From the first class, I was welcomed in with open arms. It is a studio for all, and more than just a drop in and out, but a place to stop and talk and become part of the Level Up Community.
I cannot recommend this place enough; a true yogic oasis in the heart of suburbia.

I am yet to find another studio that offers authentic Tantric Hatha Yoga that is shared so beautifully and respectfully to the traditions, i travel 50mins for their classes! Level Up also have a wonderful online studio that offers a variety of practices for when i can't make it down to the studio for in person. I have also participated in their recent 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, and can honestly say it was one of the most beautiful experiences. The community is the heart of the studio and that really shines through as soon as you step foot into a class.

Amazing space but even better teachers. Aaron and Paige are so caring, thoughtful and skilled and provide such meaningful practices and general advice. Their online studio is so comprehensive with anything you could ever need! I also attended one of their 15 hours trainings and it honestly changed my whole perspective! Truly powerful teachings, could not recommend higher!

I've been lucky enough to come to Level Up for over a year now and learn Tantra Hatha Yoga. I cannot recommend this studio enough. All classes are incredible and the instructors are full of knowledge and love.

I've also been lucky enough to have just completed a 3 month Yoga Teacher Training course at LevelUp. Which was truly life changing.
