Levain Doughnuts

Hands down, the best sundae I've ever had. The chocolate ganache hot fudge truly tasted handmade, and wasn't sickly sweet or artificial tasting – each bite tasted as delicious and moreish as the last. The Vanilla Everest ice cream was very high quality as well. Serving size was good for the price.

Service here was terrible! The guy that served me had such a bad attitude. This has honestly put me off the donuts I have just ordered. Definitely not coming back here again!

I had such a lovely experience at levain, the donuts were delicious (bonus points because there are amazing vegan options!) and nat was so friendly and helpful! Excellent customer service!

Can’t speak on their customer service instore as I’ve only ever had these on Ubereats but they’re always super fresh and delicious! If they are out of a certain flavour they’ll often chuck a sneaky free one in too! 10/10

Sorry to say but I found the fresh donuts rubbery in texture.and the crueller was soggy not crispy on the outside.
Was disappointed to be honest.but I found the donuts tasted better the next day or 2 after the dough got a bit harder, some would say stale.

I don't wnna purchase their doughnuts never again. I bought two doughnuts yesterday, one (coffee flavoured) had only about 1/5 amount of cream filling inside, and the other one (creme brulee) even had none of it. So disappointing. And I can't recommend here anymore.

I had an assorted pack delivered and I can’t say whether it simply didn’t survive the delivery because it arrived looking completely dishevelled but in addition to this it didn’t taste fresh and I was incredibly disappointed especially since the delivery cost was very high and particularly because I have gotten Daniels delivered before and it maintains mint condition. Suffice to say I’m not a convert

I went in today half an hour before it says it closes online. I tried to open the door but it was locked and one of the girls made eye contact with me but I got completely ignored instead of them saying that they’re closed. Disappointing.

The best donuts in town. Do NOT ignore the hot donut balls - best thing on the menu in my opinions can’t beat classic Nutella!

Levain doughnuts are my absolute favourite doughnuts ever! I asked if they would make my favourite doughnut flavour (white choc raspberry) into a doughnut cake for my birthday and they did! Not only did it look good, it tasted amazing too! Their doughnuts are second to none and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Inconsistent is the word I would use to describe my experience with Levain Doughnuts. In October 2022 I got some excellent doughnuts, crispy where they were supposed to be and lots of filling as I was expecting for the price asked.

A few weeks later and the same offering was chewy. And now in Jan 2023 while the doughnuts were alright, they seem to be trying to save on the filling.

Won't be back, not worth the trouble.

Best donuts and will definitely buy from here again. I got the life on Mars pack and it was so fresh, chewing and soft. Be prepared for generous servings! Can feed 4 people with that pack.

Seriously the best doughnuts in Australia? The quality is sensational… definitely going back. The staff members were very welcoming and helpful.

So delicious and fresh! Tastes so light you could easily scoff down a box. $6 for a M&M donut, so worth it!

I don't normally leave food reviews, but I was very impressed by how amazing these doughnuts were, in both taste and presentation. The packaging was also very sleek and professional looking, perfect for gifts. Easily my most favourite doughnut store, thank you.

Levain is the best.great range of beautiful donuts.service is spectacular. I have never met a group of people so well mannered.for me it's the apple pie donut.a few seconds in the microwave add ice cream and its just perfect for anytime. I definetly recommend for anyone to try these.

Used to love Levain until they moved to a new location and discontinued the BANANA CRÈME PIE DONUT. My world was shattered. That was the best donut on the menu and I now no longer have the pleasure of blessing my mouth with its deliciousness. I continue to beg for Levain to bring it back and rewrite their wrongdoings.

My friend bought me doughnuts as a surprise for my birthday while she was in isolation.

They never arrived.

When she tired to follow up she got the run around from them. She then requested her money be refunded as the product was never delivered and even after multiple attempts to get the issue sorted she has still not received her refund.
