Leura Park Estate

Beware of purchasing Leura Park wines unless you have tasted them prior. I purchased cleanskins advertised by Leura Park via email @ $15/bottle. These were promoted as being $45/bottle once the special finished. I found the wine undrinkable on the day of opening and again 24 hours later so had to discard the rest of the bottle. I had given a bottle to a friend who had the same experience. I contacted Leura Park but they refused to accept return of the remaining bottles for a refund. I recommend you avoid purchasing wine from Leura Park or their other vineyards & labels (Jack Rabbit; Yes Said the Seal) unless you have sampled the wine prior.

We have been here twice now with two different wine tasting experiences, both times staff were rude, they do not go through the different wines with you, there was alot of eye rolling when we asked questions, and the way we were spoken too was out of this world, the staff even walked away and ignored us so was hard to purchase any beer or wne to enjoy with our lunch, the only thing that was enjoyable was the food which came out quiet quickly.
I would never go back there again

Rude, had the cheek to embarrass and make accusations of patron causing significant distress, seriously recommend going elsewhere.

On arrival older waitress very rude went to direct us to a table but when another couple came ignored us an attended to them. Then a lovely young man directed us to a table where we enjoyed wine tasting and because the food looked so good we got lunch. He couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant.

Terrible service, rude staff, would never recommend even if they paid me! Shocking is an absolute understatement

Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating for our large group. Wine was delicious and Food was fantastic!

Great venue. Went for Shakespeare in the Vines and will attend again. Easy carparking, great food and drinks and relaxed atmosphere. A very welcoming cat as well!

Absolutely delightful experience. First time there today we are local and took good friends who were Melb guests. The ambience with live music, delight of sitting under the umbrellas was both refreshing and unique. Service exceptional, felt doted upon, food platter extra tasty, washed down by a couple of classy chilled white wines. We all want to go back.well done to everyone.

Great location and venue. I attended the segway tour and then visit the cafe for some drinks and take away wine purchases.

Always impressive when I come here! The live music is on point the staff and management *super dry ad guy* * nice hair * friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious! If your doing a wine tour or just a boozy lunch this place is a must!

Great afternoon at Leura park. We had a voucher that was a bit past it’s expiry and the team were extremely accommodating and lovely honoring the voucher. I have always had a good time here but today was just perfect. Thank-you to all the wait staff for their friendly service and smiles. We will be back again.

Staff lacked product knowledge when asked simple questions about the wine and seamed more interested in finishing work then serving us, we were left waiting for over 10 minutes apon arrival and when we were served the staff were blunt and uninviting.
However there were a couple of nice wines to try

Great winery and delicious pizza in beautiful surround. The only think is that they built the restaurant front of the busy street instead of overlooking winery and unfortunately there is too much traffic noise. Bad sport guys. All else is great

Segway tour then lunch n wine tasting. An absolutely enjoyable day. Staff were very accomodating and the food was just amazing local and delicious food.
A great experience. Will definitely want to go back

We had a birthday party here, and it was really nice. Wonderful food, and good wine. Nice for a day out when the sun is shining.

The menu looked rather good. Great live music. I rather regretted having fish and chips before coming here. Should have saved my tummy for the salads that looked rather tempting at the nearby tables.
