Amazing experience from start to finish! We order out first set of letters and were so excited we added a whole bunch more! The communication booking, on the day delivery and next day pick up was sooo easy and friendly! The quality of the lights were stunning and it made everything go so perfect for our engagement party! Alex from Letter Lights was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Used his letters for my proposal. I arrived to the factory thinking it would fit in my car but one of the characters didn’t fit. Alex had several other deliveries to do on the day however went out of his way to ensure my surprise proposal was not delayed and offered to deliver in his ute for me. Absolute fantastic service, very reasonable pricing compared to all other competitors and most of all, fantastic family business. Will definitely be back for other events in the future!

Our company (a Melbourne Advertising Agency) recently used Letter Lights for a 3 day event, in 2 locations. The service we received from Nick and Alex was outstanding. They could not have been more helpful with every aspect including the delivery to 2 different venues, setting up in 3 rooms (3 flights of stairs!) and being available from early in the morning until late at night. Outstanding quality and service! We are super happy with the 1.5m marquee lights we got custom manufactured through Letter Lights. Service was always fast, attentive and professional - nothing was too much trouble for Alex and the team. We just had the letters delivered today (complete with spare globes) and they look just fantastic, a real showstopper! I would not recommend letter lights to anyone. I am planning my engagement and the gentlemen named Alex (who I'm sure is the business owner) thought I was spamming him when all I wanted to do was have the perfect engagement as anyone who is planning an engagement party can appreciate. To me customer service trumps everything and I believe his customer service was very poor. I'm more than happy to pay more to have the peace of mind that everything will go according to plan and the way I want it. If your looking for lights please go to one of the competitors if you're wanting everything to go accordingly to plan.
