Life savers and so friendly. Needed some party decorations and balloons filled with helium. They were super fast and ready in under an hour. Will return!

The worst customer service from this place, would not recommend. I had called to book an appointment 2 days ago to be told just book online, so I did that.

Then come today for my appointment booked at
2-3pm herd nothing.so I called at 2.30pm just to be told sorry it didn't come up on our system but we can't fit you today as we are busy.

Pretty pathetic customer service! Why have a booking system which doesn't work and team on the phone to take customer calls when they refuse to book you in for an appointment.

They go above and beyond to help during lockdown which has been great, especially when not sure what to buy on their website

Friendly staff and good range. Although some items a little expensive but inline with party shops

Warnings to parents! ! Think TWICE if you are to bring your children with you. The old man really needs to learn how to talk to other people’s children before running his shop. So harsh and rude.ruined a nice morning.

I bought a VERY simple bouquet of balloons and was over charged. Went to check if it was an honest mistake AND calculated with the 'manager' and both knew I was over charged but she didn't even apologies and said the cost varies even though my exact same bouquet had a price in the pricing book.
I even called to get a quote before I complained to make sure that I was actually over charged so I had proof that another employee quoted me the correct lower price and yep I WAS overcharged. Shifty people!

I have always purchased my cake decorating supplies from here, and may continue to do so, however it would be my last time to order balloons from here. If it was for a birthday or celebration who cares if it popped but TWO gender reveal baloon popped leaving me to clean up every single bit and piece of confetti so the guests coming to my gender reveal 2 hours later won't see anything! Unfortunately there were still pieces stuck under shoes and in the garden as one popped before it even entered the house and the other in the hallway of my house. I dont think the outside air could be the cause. The shop was not considerate at all. After the first one popped in the front yard I got the second for half the price. Was happy they considered giving me discount as it may of not been baloon quality but something from my end. But come on, 2 balloons? Was it inflated too much? Was there a magic pin floating in the hallway of my house or do I just have really bad luck. After telling them still they did not take any responsibility as once the baloon leaves the store it's not there responsibility. Fair enough but considering they don't provide transport bags for big balloons. I'm sure they can find some one to sell it to them. Lucky I called Lombards quivering having second thoughts to cancel my party. They made me a baloon in half an hour and it was in a cover bag. Didnt pop in the front yard didn't pop in the hallway. I can't explain the stress and tears this incident caused me that day. As soon as I left a Facebook review they removed the WHOLE review tab so no one sees. It's quite disappointing that they can't accept a few things customers say. Not everyone thinks your business is bad just a few angry customers like myself that have the right to show others what to be wary of. They are quite smart at responses on there Facebook reviews I noticed it.why not just say sorry? Why not just accept something happening twice COULD of been a mistake from the shops end. Yes not everyones balloons had issues like mine but TWICE? There must of been a reason. It angered me mostly that they would never accept a mistake and just apologise. It's like a matter of there ego and pride to not succumb to any negativity towards there business.

They have a great range of party stuff alright.
But they're great at delaying schedule too.
Paid for helium balloons here and was expecting to get them at the time I asked for.
However, it was all ready after half an hour later. 'twas a terrible experience.

BAD FORM. If an item says $5 dollars, I should be charged $5 not $6.50. Reason being, " because the surplyer may of changed prices". Well wouldnt you change the sign?
