I have been dealing with Letron for close to 15 years now and have always found them to be extremely helpful with any issues we may have had, even after all this time they go over and above our expectations, they are very knowledgeable and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. I seriously recommend them.
Alex was very helpful with trouble shooting a fitting issue I had with an auto gate. He gave me great advice over the phone and helped through to resolution of the issue over a number of phone calls.

Absolutely astounded with the service I received from Letron. I had an issue with my gate closing and notified them at lunch on a Friday and before end of day I had a new sensor installed, my battery backup working. Couldn’t be more happy with their response.
I have dealt with Letron auto gates with an issue on my electric gates (a ten year old set) their services are the best I have had, quick delivery from Victoria to Cairns, and after sales tech support first class. AAA company
Every year @spring time, slugs get into the control box and cause damage to the control board in spite of spraying insulating cover on solder side of PCB. The PCB is repairable after replacing some diodes and given a thorough clean. Keeping brand new board as spare. Slug repellent has now been applied to surrounding area of the control box. Keeping fingers crossed.
Excellent customer service when phoning with a fault with our gate. Technician rang straight back and talked us through hownto fix it. Very impressed, well done Letron.
Fantastic service. They were stern with me at the start, but they carefully worked through other options and the challenge was rectified.
Customer Service doesn't exactly go the extra mile with this company.
I emailed the "Customer Service" team with a question about increasing the range of the remote control receiver (I have to be right next to the gate in order for the gate to acknowledge the remote signal.) So I sent a photo of the controller PCB asking where the antenna connection is.
The response was underwhelming and didn't bother to answer my question. I replied and asked again but heard nothing. I suppose if I'm not buying a new one it's easier to just ignore the issue.
I'll have to try and work out the problem myself or get a new controller from somewhere else but I don't understand any company that wants to stay in business these days ignoring customers!
Worst experience I ever have with a company. The owner talked too much and just want to earn call out fee but bring no spare part to fix issue then give so many reasons to tell you its your problem. I have not too many complaint about a thousand dollar product but the service attitude is just disgusting at the best. If I can post no Star, I will provide ZERO star but that is not allowed. NOT recommended for anyone. Battery has to be replaced every year and the owner will come to tell you to replace all the components end to end even he tested other components is fine. He asked me to send him the photos of the battery and he don't even bother to replace it when he is on-site because he insisted to replace all the components that he suggested but did not bring the parts for some dodgy reasons. Very rude customer service even you agree to replace all the components he suggested, he still refused to install the replacement battery I reported. This company is so dodgy to my shocking discovery. Time to look for new vendor.
We recently installed a set of swing gate motors purchased from Letron! Working beautifully thus far.but the real reason for the review is for the service provided by Alex. We called at 7: 30 pm on a Sunday night and true to his word, the office number was diverted to his mobile phone. Alex guided us through the last part of the gate wiring to ensure the gates worked in unison. If the product matches the service moving forward, we will continue to be raving fans.
I haven't had much joy with this product. When it rains it wont open. Have to do it manually. They sent a new part to fit which helped for a while but now most mornings it wont go. Time to start looking for a new one.
Pleasant to deal with. All issues resolved quickly. Love the battery backup option on the gate. As we have power issues and the battery option saves us everytime.
I bought a house that installed with their products. The owner is a good guy, always show up and fix the battery and motor on time, but their products always not working. I got locked out the other day, cause the motor wasn't working and it actually happens a lot. I've already changed four batteries in four years. I am thinking about replacing a new motor next time.
Set up our gates on the farm - Very smooth operation and strong gears for our big gates.had some issues a few times but the owner Alex was great at helping us solve the problems. Really happy to recommend.
