Would strongly suggest that you check this guys record on the Victorian Building Authorities disciplinary register, pulled up for a number of peoples projects and I'm guessing those are the ones where people could actually be bothered making the complaint.

I recently used Letac Drafting Services for my deck build. Les and his team were fantastic to deal with. After a site visit, they drew all of the plans for my proposed deck and liaised directly with my local council to ensure the permits (both planning and building) were endorsed in a timely way.

They spent a lot time with the council working to satisfy their specific requirements, always patiently responding in writing or over the phone, and always kept me informed along the way. Les put in a huge amount of time and effort on my behalf. He has an impressive level of knowledge in architecture, drafting, and design, but he’s also fantastic at dealing with councils and providing answers to their (seemingly endless) questions.

Because of Letac’s in depth knowledge of the planning and building process, they were able to make my deck project a lot easier.
