I recently started my 1to1 coaching course because I wanted to expand and improve my knowledge and quality in trading to bring it to a professional level and I immediately perceived how much there was still a lot to deepen. No magic formula other than the meticulous study of everything related to price action, learning to filter and recognize the characteristics and conditions necessary to create textbook trades and naturally learning to have and maintain the right attitude and psychological approach in front of the graphs. You can invest a lot of time to learn all this on your own but in any case it is essential to rely on those who have made this profession their talent.

I started the coaching course with Richard and literally it’s not like other videos on YouTube whereby I used to watch videos and just go ahead and practice. This coaching is completely different, here I get a chance to be guided and by Richard who’s actually trading and running an investment firm. The one on one session I got with Richard helps to be accountable for every trading analysis I do before placing an order.

The 50% convergence rule which is created by Richard is actually a combination of market timing and risk management which in other word it’s like I only trade what other profitable trader trade based on their perspective and exit at certain TP point that is literally once hit I would see the market goes side ways for a while which means the profitable majority of traders exited there.

The other concept Richard introduced is the day trading. Here I get to trade on 1 minute chart several trades a day.

The mentorship gave me the necessary state of mind required to remain profitable aka “trading psychology”. Richard identified the trading psychology patterns, it’s like if you are aware of them you won’t make a wrong decision and helps you stick with your trading system because numbers don’t lie at the end.

This mentorship is like one of things I should’ve done long time ago but I feel like it’s one of the wisest things I’ve done so far. Im just grateful.

I have completed the 12 Month Professional Training Program and would like to share my experience and what I have achieved.
When you begin your training, you immediately learn the firm’s proprietary strategies that they use to trade in a variety of financial markets. As you continue the training alongside Richard, he guides your development as a trader in a holistic fashion. During your one-on-one sessions Richard will improve and refine your trading technique; and build upon your knowledge of the markets. If necessary, Richard will help with the psychological hurdles that you may experience in trading.

Every trader is different, some of us trade long time frames, short time frames, some of us love equities, or forex or gold! Richard understands this and doesn’t lock us into one instrument and one time frame, we must trade what fits us and he helps us to find our holy grail of trading and guiding us to become the best traders we can be.

One of the reasons why I undertook this training was to gain a deeper understanding and experience of this industry. By training with Richard I was able to gain the knowledge and experience I sought.
