Leo's Fine Food & Wine Supermarket - Hartwell reviews
50A great selection of unique produce that you won't find elsewhere. I love this place. Its a shame one giant staff member is constantly yelling at staff in a condecending manner it ruined the experience. Total A-hole that belongs in the 1970s.
Awful Fruit and Veggies. Leo's is a lovely place to shop, good variety of food, nice BUT the fruit and veggies are awful. Not good quality, I now get my fruit and veg from a green grocer TOP SHELF, in High Street Ashburton. Leo's you need to change your suppliers. There seems to be some confusion with your position in the market place. Looks like you are trying to compete with the big chain stores with the fruit and veggies yet I see you as a 'boutique supermarket'.
Enjoy shopping here. Food is great. Lots of variety. A bit expensive on some items. Service is very good. Beers are boutique. Variety, but no bulk. 6 packs mainly. Good parking available. Recommend.
This has to be Melbourne's best supermarket, they actually stock good brands, great gourmet food, the deli is fantastic and fruit and vegetables that you cannot fault. Forget going to the big commercial supermarkets that are full of their brands.
650 Reviews, who knew a supermarket could be so popular. I do all my shopping here unless it’s shut, so I guess I’m a fan too.
Always a great experience, the best range of goods, and very helpful staff who know the products and where to find them.
Very big retail store for grocery. Well maintained and with lots of varieties for any kind of product. Good place for your grocery shopping.
Best selection of everything. I had not seen this wide range of variety for a long time.
It was a pleasure to see the GF section too.
This shop is pricey though.
I always enjoy shopping at Leo's. The building is fascinating with most amazing wall covering in the ramp well from the car parks. The range of food is excellent and it is difficult to leave with only a few items! I've tried often, but have failed successively and excessively, too. Do bring ypur credit card with you!
Best supermarket by far. They have a great variety of goods. Friendly staff. You will find almost anything you want there, Coles & Woolworths need to up the ante. Fresh produce by far
Love this supermarket. Can pop in to get one our two items. Beautiful cakes, fresh breads and items that are different to main stream supermarkets.
Has a lot of great and interesting food. Bit expensive to regularly shop here and fruit and vege (especially strawberrys) aren’t always fresh.
If you want some booze, ask for Mackenzie in the bottle shop. This guy knows his wines. His recommendations were 100% on the mark.
They have plenty of good food. But the most i like about leo's is it's wine stores next to it. This wine store have French wine which i love.
This place is so big and has so many different and amazing items. Have to go here and try out all the different goods that are hard to find elsewhere. Not the cheapest place to buy food and groceries but the range and different items are well worth it
Poor differentiation between high price high quality products and high price poor quality products making impulse visits somewhat pointless.
If you know the exact product you're after then they have an extensive selection across most gourmet foods and ingredients.
Good variety of products. Some things are more expensive than the big supermarkets, but you can pick up some rare products that you can't get elsewhere. Service is usually friendly!
It's a decadent supermarket with really fresh produce and great range. It's slightly on the expensive side but you can get cheap flowers there!
Great supermarket. Love all the different things you can get in the deli and the cheese department. Friendly staff, very fresh fruit and vegetables, spotlessly clean and parking is plentiful. Some items are slightly more expensive but i like they still stock Aussie products. Being celiac the gluten free section is fantastic, not like the big supermarkets who have whittled them down to their own cheap and foul tasting brands! Definitely glad i only live around the corner from Leo's
