Leon's Lamp Repairs (Pls call beforehand for appointments)

Leon provides a professional and courteous service when repairing your favorite lamp. Just when you thought that professional service was no longer available Leon provides the service that we all thought had long disappeared. Nothing is to hard and there is always a communication with the client in relation to time and cost of repairs. No need to dispose of that favourite and much loved lamp when Leon is able to remedy electrical issues. I have used Leon's services several times and always come home with my lamp that i thought would be heading for the tip. Leon is a valued asset to all of us and i highly recommend Leon as the first point of call for all lamp repairs.

I dropped off an old ceiling light to Leon on Friday afternoon and he repaired it within a couple of hours and for a very reasonable price. Straightforward and efficient. Would definately recommend his services to anyone who wants to salvage lighting fixtures that still have years of life ahead of them.

A standard lamp I'd picked up at auction kept tripping my safety switch despite having a new cable and plug on it. Took it to Leon who fixed it in 10 seconds. He has a wonderful selection of lamps for sale also. A lovely man with a huge collection of period parts for lamps.

I read the reviews before taking my antique bronze lamp to see if it could be fixed. Part of it had snapped off the base. I can confirm Leon is indeed a magician. My lamp is not only repaired it looks like new. Leon repaired the lamp within the week and the charge was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. Highly recommend.

Leon fixed an antique lamp with a broken switch, replaced it with a similar high quality English switch, replaced the cord with gold coloured flex, and checked two two armed wall lamps for safety and proper wiring (both OK), he did it all inside 24 hours, and was extremely reasonable with his charges. Another electrical repair shop wanted to charge me a fixed price per lamp, which would have been 6 to 7 times as much as Leon charged. And Leon is very nice to do business with. Thank you very much Leon.
