Thank you for going above and beyond to organise a replacement parcel in the last minute when Australia Post misdelivered. We have TWO very happy birthday boys! Your customer service has been outstanding.

FAULTY PRODUCTS! THEY ARE NOT OFFICIAL SONNY ANGELS SELLERS! I checked with Sonny Angels.they supply fake products.purchased sonny angels to get fabricated products.sonny angels are NOT messily painted.happened to two products.

I had an order that was sent the wrong size and have emailed 4 times in 3 weeks to sort it out with absolutely no response. I even emailed from another email address to check and nothing.awful customer service and money wasted!

Faulty product, never replaced, 7 months of barely any response to my emails. Disgusting service. Do not recommend this company at all.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago but heard nothing back. I asked for an update and only got dead air. Money was withdrawn so where is my order?

Leo and Bella provided the most exceptional customer service I have experienced, especially in the baby/child sector. They stand out in the crowds, a beacon of kindness where so many others do only what they must. I made a very small purchase of one of their beautiful products, not anything that was going to help them hit their targets for the month- yet they went far and above their duty as a retailer. I will be back as a regular customer, and would love to thank them so much for their generosity of spirit, patience in dealing with an annoying customer (that’s me, ha ha) and for their amazingly curated store of perfect items for bedrooms or child. Very much recommended!

Awful experience with Leo & Bella. I ordered a Cam Cam mobile and when it arrived it was in terrible condition. It was dirty, and the glue was yellowing on the white felt. It looked old and used. I contacted Leo & Bella straight away and waited over a week for a response. When I finally received one it took several days to receive a secondary response to my issue. In the end I was refunded the cost of the mobile but not the shipping cost. I should not have been out of pocket for shipping since the item was deemed faulty but I still was. I emailed them again and am yet to get a response. This was WEEKS ago. I will not purchase from Leo & Bella again. An incredible range of products so disappointing to not want to purchase again but I have had such amazing experiences at other online retailers that it's not worth shopping here for me.
