I began my journey reconnecting my mind to my body and soul, through Kriya yoga a month ago.
When the road has been tortous and challenging Lenish was there to guide me through it and to offer lots of encouragement.
When i've reached important stepping stones and had good results, Lenish was equally there to celebrate those moments with me.

Because I'm a very spiritual person I'm interested in the tradional type of yoga. For self realization and gaining perception beyond the limited self. As most westernized yoga is just focusing on the health and fitness side, it is difficult to find a teacher for what I was looking for. Lenish has the knowledge and understanding about the real yogic teachings not just from books and speech, through many years practice and teaching, he can also back it up by own experience.

If you aren't a spiritual or religious person. He is able to explain in a more rational and scientific way, why and in which way the different practices are beneficial for health and wellbeing.

I especially liked the fact, that he teaches very personalized and can really focus on your problems and sticking points.

I can just recommend to get in touch with lenish if you have any physical, mental or spiritual problems. He is also available and takes time for you after your teaching sessions are over to support you in your personal growth and achieving your goals.

I have done the practice of Kriya yoga with Lenish. This practice really gives you positive energy and mindset. His way of teaching is amazing and very personalized. Highly recommending to learn this practice.

I have been practising with Lenish for 3 months now and very grateful for his teachings, support and friendship. I used to have a severe chronic back pain which made my life hard. I came across Lenish John’s website as I was searching for different treatment methods. His healing technique really worked from the first session onwards. He also taught me how to do pranayama properly which made an amazing impact on me as well. I would definitely recommend him!

I first went to Lenish with a sore back when I was not even able to lift my head without hurting. Not only did he fix me in 3 days, I only needed to have 1 more follow up treatment and the back ache never came back. So whenever i have an issue with anything other than a contagious disease, infection or a broken bone, Lenish is the first person I’ll go to. He gave me so much insight into how my body works and what is not working right. Things that I never even noticed before. I would recommend Lenish to anyone in a blink of an eye.
