Got his acquaintance through the real estate developer from where I bought a land in Melbourne. I had so much hiccups, stress and uncertainty in settling on the land. Would have bothered him out of panic several days, evenings. He helped me stay calm, gave me the confidence, helped me in settling not only the land but also for construction at ease

The time to settle on the land was only ~4 days as we had to initiate the process after titling happened. He knew the reasons and was at stand by and by my side to help sort it out
