Mine was an interesting experience. Without going into lengthy detail, my first online transaction with them may well have been a poor one. The Lemac team who I dealt with, however, exhibited an exemplary level of communication and provided a nuanced and genuine degree of attention to my situation which resulted in the best possible outcome that I could expect in my situation. I can, unreservedly, recommend their dedication to providing excellent customer service. I must also add that the delivery service was simply the swiftest I have ever experienced. Living in a regional area of Australia, I was completely taken aback at how promptly I received my order and subsequent follow-up service. I was genuinely impressed! Clem at Lemac did a great job of digitally scanning my feature length 35mm film. Very understanding and went out of his way to get the film done in a short time frame. Very happy.

Great staff and range and can even custom make cables for you. Only advice I’d give is call before coming down as stock can be limited and you will likely need to wait until it is shipped down from Sydney for a few weeks.

One of the few places in Melbourne where you can find professional sound equipment for production sound mixers and sound recordists. A little on the expensive side but they can usually get what you need, even if they have to order it for you.

Rental: I guess you first need to ask the question: Why do I choose Lemac? Because I trust them 100%. They'll make sure you have everything you need. The rental crew are friendly and very thorough.

Sales: Great people.

Lemac is the kind of place you can just drop in and chat and I like that.
