Has taken 4 trips to get a chip from a cpat machine read.was lied to by the woman from out the back.am very upset regarding the incompetency of these people.not sure if its a reflection on the whole business or just the one in Wangaratta.unfortunately we nay have to use them again.may try for a different office if possible
