Leather Jackets, Handbags & Luggage - SIRICCO

This is a negative review for the online store. I dont know where else to notify my worst ever customer experience.

I purchased a leather jacket which was too big and I wanted to exchange it. I sent an email to Siricco the day after I received the jacket and then 4-5 subsequent emails trying to make contact with no reply. I called a couple times and no one answered or called back.
When I finally got through a couple weeks ago, the lady on the phone was ridiculously rude, she blamed me for Siricco not responding to my emails. I do have proof that I have sent emails and calls. She also told me that I’ve wasted enough of her time (My friend tried calling as I had no luck). I had to actually ask her to stop yelling at me. I am left baffled.
She did offer me an exchange in the end but when calling her back to tell her what I have decided to exchange it for, no one answered. And then a gentleman answered but said he would have someone call me back. No one has called and it has been over 2 weeks and waiting. This rude lady expects me to keep calling and emailing i stead of just having an efficient customer service system. It’s apparently my fault she doe not reply to emails or call back after messages are left.

Please don’t treat people like this. I’m sure others on the team offer better customer service but I would advise to stay away from online store.

I don't like writing poor reviews but when you are treated as badly as I was I feel I need to. The customer service I received from the Manager / Owner of the Richmond Shop makes me understand why people are now shopping on line. Its a shame because you do one good thing and people tell a handful of people but do a BAD thing and they tell 100. Even though I like your product I won't buy from your store again.

Great selection of all Italian leather goods. Many sizes and styles of jackets to bags, gloves and more to choose from. Highly recommend making a visit.
