Would not recommend to work with this company! Would have give zero star if possible! Horrible!

When you need your property managed or to find a suitable house or apartment to rent, Jill and her team are the best in Melbourne.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Anna Krilis. She was so helpful and accommodating. Thank you Anna for your professionalism and can-do attitude.

Went for an inspection, listed my details with them through REA, it was cancelled on the day and I wasn’t notified at all. Completely wasted my time coming to the city. Anna Krilis was the agent. No manners, no courtesy, incompetent fool.

I had a terrible experience with one of their members, hence the 1 star. Not only did she lie to me repeatedly, but she didn't bother reading any documents I sent her. I wasted time, effort, and didn't even get an apology back.
Overall, I feel that if you are Aussie and have had a full time job for the last 5 years, you can definitely apply. Otherwise, well, good luck!

Beware! If your property are being managed by them like I had you should inspect your property immediately and do not place any trust in them.
Use them at your own risk, I regretted not getting rid of them earlier!

Quite disorganised. Slow to return calls, didn't notify us directly of property sale, slow with paperwork.
Seem to be too busy with new clients to deal with existing clients.

Just absolutely destroyed these people and their Anna Krilis in VCAT.

First Krilis shows up to VCAT 17 minutes late, then it turns out Leasing Melbourne never lodged an application for the bond. FULL refund of the bond to us!

I really feel sorry for the landlord these people are representing.

Hahaha hilarious!

After a year leasing with LM, I have to say it has been nothing but a nightmare. Claire McMahon was our property manager which was very unresponsive and unprofessional during our leasing time. We moved in to a recent constructed Townhouse. It was not clean when the movers arrived so we had to get it clean. We had to put up with constant repair and we even had mayor water leak that it took Claire weeks to respond. We had to contact the builder directly to get it repair. The owner Jill was not aware but it was too late for her to step in and help. We moved out with a horrible dissatisfaction and " to put the icing on the cake" we had been charge for a cleaning bill. Very disappointing.

Really easy to deal with, Natasha was a great agent and made everything simple and easy for us.

My eldest daughter recently vacated a property after a 12 month lease – leaving the home immaculate of course.

Expecting her bond to be returned immediately, the state law was clear – 14 days unless there were repairs or clear reasons to delay the ability to return the money. The fourteen days passed, no bond, no reasons or communication. Finally after a further 18 days, then only after her furious father became involved with threats to report the agent to the Office of Fair Trading was the money received back in full.

No apology, no reason just an inefficient service that was not compliant.
