I have used LeasePlus several times over the last few years, always with a great experience.
We are in the middle of processing our 3rd car.
If you do choose to go with them ask for Jordan!
He was extremely helpful when it came to doing multiple quotes on different cars, was patient with us when we made changes, nothing was ever a bother, no question was ever left unanswered and he guided us through step by step right until the end.

Day 1:
-prompt responses from the sales team
-an estimated 5-7 days for the whole process
-application lodged
Day 3:
-no responses from the sales teams to either calls or emails
-I booked in a call back with Lease Plus (no one called back in a day)
Day 4:
-I waited for a novated lease consultant on the line
-new estimated time for the process: 10-14 day
Day 8:
-call back did not happen in more than 3 hours
-I called back again
-new conservative rough estimate for the whole process 3-4 weeks
Day 10:
-The settlement team informed me that the bank loan application was not lodged yet, contradictory to the information I received on Day 8
-I withdrew my application
Criticism: no updates, lack of transparency, the length of time it takes
I hope this criticism will help you improve service and will result in better outcomes for customers!

Edit/addition reply in response to owner: Thank you for your quick reply. Yes, my contact in LeasePlus is excellent and doing her best. Thank you for following up.

My direct contact has been good but communication from their financier is terrible. 2 weeks in and still haven't processed my novated lease and they can't give a reason why, particulalry frustrating when I was promised 5-7 days turnaround and had locked in a car with $5000 extra off for the month of October.

Great company to use for getting your dream car.

One con - Phone wait times are longer on friday. But I did notice two good tips about contacting leaseplus.

1 - Don't email or call LP on a friday, or a day before a public holiday wait time is horrendous. I have waited for excess of 10+ minutes on fridays. So call on any other day of the weekday.

2 - Email them. Expect a timely reply as they are pretty on the point with the communication at times.

The consultant are really good - Steve or Joel are great as well.

I did call the general manager already, who gave a bunch of excuses and false promises. He told me he would arrange for the car to be delivered to me during the week rather than me having to drive an hour and a half to collect it over the weekend.
He did not follow through with this, and I will still have to drive there over the weekend to get the car, which has added a week onto my wait time to receive my car. Utterly useless. Changed my review to one star after this experience.

My experience with LeasePlus has been extremely frustrating at every turn. I had been advised that finance approval generally takes a few days maximum. After paying a deposit on a car, two weeks and many back and forth emails requesting further documents and being told we were at the mercy of the bank, I finally called up and asked if there was any way to speed things along. To his credit, Steve immediately escalated the request as urgent, and my finance was approved within two days after that. However, I was then told everything would be sorted by the following week, so I arranged with the dealership to pick up the car the following Friday. Thursday rolls around and the dealership rings to say they haven't received the funds. After many frantic calls back and forth, LeasePlus refused to take any responsibility or follow things up to have it ready by the following day. It will now have been an entire month between me paying a deposit on a car and then being able to actually collect said car. LeasePlus have dragged their feet at every step along the way, refusing to escalate things and left me to chase everything up myself. Infuriating, unprofessional and unreliable.

I have no complaints using LeasePlus. Steve was great and stayed on top of everything. The whole process went a lot quicker then expected. Would highly recommend LeasePlus and in particular working with Steve.

I dealt with Steve Fernandez, he was nothing but helpful and was always super responsive with any information or quotes that I needed. Have used Leaseplus previously and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again!

Terrible customer service - reluctant to claim expenses incurred. I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.

That was last week …

Having had the issue resolved the SAME day and a great customer service team member follow up with me until I had free time to download and understand how to use the app, I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars.

The LeasePLUS team were incredible – and have even had the issue followed up by their executive manager to ensure that my issue has been resolved.

Hats off to you all as you’ve managed and exceeded my expectations - I’d recommend LeasePLUS anytime.

After 10yrs with another company, my workplace changed providers. Leaseplus made the transition easy & initially seemed great. Unfortunately their day to day customer service is disappointing. I can’t even get a reply to my emails, there is no structure to acknowledge, process & reimburse claims. As of today I have sent 3 emails, & am waiting reimbursement for my recent claim & …. Nothing! No response at all?
*****Following on from my earlier review, a lovely Charlotte actually emailed me with the information I needed & clarified the situation, she was very helpful.
As for the ‘attempts to contact me’ maybe there have been calls I am unaware of? There was one (only) voicemail by the time I received this Charlotte had reached out. The staff I have dealt with have been helpful & very pleasant & the actual lease process, was & is very good. My comments simply run to the processes around communication & communication in a way that is consistent, eg acknowledging receipt of emails, maybe followed by -we will get back to you shortly, then following up with a response when the information has been collated.
Hopefully this critique can be helpful

I had gone to LeasePLUS. From the very first day of my first interaction with a person called Yoyo and then Maryanne Grainger - Novated Leasing's speed in executing the process and guidance was astounding. The team there shared my excitement of getting a new Car. Thats a great feeling. In 4 days flat I had picked up the car from the dealer with payment etc.being released on the 3rd day night. This is a real testimony to their excellence in service. Thanks to LeasePLUS and their dedicated team of professionals. Floored by their speed and quality. Thanks to Maryanne and Bernadette Reginato as well for this.
