We purchased the additional warranty cover for our son’s BYOD laptop. The warranty was honoured by LWT - Mihir was very prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend their services.

(I ended up purchasing a laptop from JB Hi Fi Electronics, that was cheaper, with the same specifications that LWT had on their student BYOD laptop and had no issues when presented to our school tech.)

(Followup to your reply: Thank you for your reply to my post, however you missed the point, as well as a sale. I wasn't trying to get a rude employee in trouble. I assume she was simply following directives from her management team. My point was both laptops had the same specifications, so I didn't see the point of trying to sell me the higher priced laptop. Holding the cheaper laptop and contacting the school serves no purpose. The school tech requires you to bring your device in so he/she can physically check it.) This i did last year when I bought a device from a 3rd party, because of a similar situation with your business).

I called to buy a laptop for my child to use at school (BYOD). I saw on their website one that was cheaper than the laptop they said was contracted to the school for me to buy. I told the lady I wanted to buy the cheaper one and she said I had to buy the more expensive one, as it was contracted to the school. Whenever I tried to explain that wasn't true, she kept cutting me off until I asked her to stop, so that I could talk. I said the school stated I could use any device that was approved by the school technician (both laptops had the same specifications). So I didn't see what the issue was. She said I could buy the cheaper one, but she would need to hold it and see if the school would allow it. I said never mind and bought a laptop at another business the same day with the same specs, as the expensive laptop she was trying to sell me.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a NAS and 4 HDDs for a school. I specifically asked them to keep me updated as I am an Education client and an entire school is depending on this order. NO response. I had to contact them multiple times and each time someone say that they will get back to me with an update. But I hear NOTHING.

Last week they confirmed that both NAS and HDDs dispatched and then they sent us an invoice. Only HDDs arrived still waiting for the NAS yet they have 12 units available according to their website at this moment. It’s been over 3 weeks since I made the order and I am amazed to see how they treat a corporate client.

Great service, drop off my kids notebook which is still in warranty.got it fixed the next day.just a pity they move from Blackburn to knoxfield.as its bit of travel required.

Absolutely useless company - sell $1,500 laptops to kids and then refuse to fix if you don't have insurance - what happened to warranty. I hope the school changes suppliers - I have indicated my issue to the school about this company, will also contact lenova to discuss this

Possibly the best place I have ever had any business with.

Over the last 6 years, whilst my children have been at High School, I have had broken laptops, missing keys and all sorts oof mishaps.

Every time without fail the team at LWT have taken my request with a smile and solved my problem.

Could not recommend these guys any higher.

I wish I can put 0-star. Absolutely zero in customer service. Just ripping off customers. Charging sky high for shipping to increase their profit and not allowing to pickup goods

Hunt for someone else. This business should be avoidable at any-cost. I found cheaper and more legitimate options for what I was looking

Absolutely useless customer service. I am getting shunted from one department to another. No one seems to have any consistent information. I have spoken to 4 different staff this morning alone.

Garbage company, bought our sons sons l over a month ago, still have nothing, school starts next week. Won't even let me come and collect a laptop I have paid for.

Utterly useless l, source your own laptop cheaper from scorptec or msy.

Laptop ordered was ordered early December to be delivered to school on 1st day of term but has been delayed as they are out of stock. Still not arrived at school, therefore my son has no access to the ebooks we need to put on the lap top for most of his subjects. LWT charge a $20 delivery fee - I have asked for this to be refunded due to their failure to supply on time and inconvenience caused. They refuse! Not happy and wish we had bought it independently now.

Ordered a laptop and received no communication on the progress - being held to ransom as the only provider to the schools! Get your communication sorted and let customers know what is going on.
