The staff at Leapfrog Therapy are so lovely and helpful. We have seen big improvements since Vivienne has been providing therapy for our 5 year old son.
It has been great to continue face to face therapy during lockdowns.

We engaged with Leapfrog Therapy two months ago to attend to the varied needs of our 7 year old daughter. It goes without saying that we owe a lot of gratitude to the team at Leapfrog who have been able to help in ways we thought were not possible.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Betty at Leapfrog. My wife and I have been left disgusted by this practice and have been made to feel as though our son is nothing more than an ATM machine that dispenses free cash.

During the initial consultation, we had discussed our sons needs and had mutually agreed on a treatment plan. We had discussed that we would be in touch and continue with sessions once NDIS funding is approved. Betty had insisted to work with our son in an environment that he was most comfortable in. Therefore, we made arrangements for her to attend his daycare center.

However, once we got back in touch to confirm our NDIS funding was approved, Betty decided to double her charges and we received an e-mail to justify these charges.

We have vowed to never go back to Betty or Leapfrog.
